Kenjon Barner, CO-HOST

Kenjon Barner, a native of Southern California, attended the University of Oregon, where he played for head coach Chip Kelly’s Ducks football team. A standout athlete, Barner was ranked as the 38th best running back prospect nationally. During his college career, Barner became the first Duck since 1965 to score touchdowns rushing, receiving, and on returns.

Barner’s breakout came in 2012, when he set an Oregon single-game rushing record with 321 yards and five touchdowns against USC. That season, he finished ninth in the Heisman Trophy voting and earned All-American honors. Over his college career, he amassed over 3,000 rushing yards, 41 touchdowns, and set multiple records.

On April 27, 2013, Barner was drafted by the Carolina Panthers in the sixth round (182nd overall) of the 2013 NFL draft Throughout his professional career he has played for the Panthers, Philadelphia Eagles, los Angeles Chargers, New England Patriots, Atlanta Falcons, Baltimore Ravons, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

verone mckinley, CO-HOST

Verone McKinley III began his collegiate career at Oregon in 2018, where he played in three games as a true freshman before taking a redshirt. As a redshirt freshman in 2019, McKinley quickly emerged as a key contributor, starting 11 of 14 games and recording 46 tackles and four interceptions. McKinley’s breakout season came in 2021, when he earned first-team consensus All-American and first-team All-Pac-12 honors. Over his three-year career at Oregon, McKinley accumulated 11 interceptions in 38 games. A standout in the secondary, he was also named a finalist for the prestigious Jim Thorpe Award, recognizing the nation’s top defensive back.

McKinley signed with the Miami Dolphins as an undrafted free agent on May 13, 2022. In January 2024, McKinley signed with the Arizona Cardinals’ practice squad.

Today Florida Network Hot 100, Addison is a versatile offensive lineman who played mostly tackle in high school but can line up at both tackle and guard for the Ducks. After transferring to Carrollwood Day for his senior season, he helped lead the Patriots to a 7-4 record and a 1A regional semifinal appearance, blocking for an offense that averaged 181.3 rushing yards per game and 27 total rushing touchdowns. Carrollwood’s offense surpassed 150 rushing yards seven times, including a 287-yard game against University Christian, and scored multiple rushing touchdowns in nine games. Addison also rushed for a touchdown and played defensive line, recording five tackles and a tackle for loss. As the starting left tackle at Sumner High School in 2023, he helped lead his team to an 11-2 record and a regional finals berth.

Brew earned an invitation to the Navy All-American Bowl and is ranked as the No. 5 cornerback in the nation by On3 and No. 2 cornerback in the 2025 cycle by Dave Campbell’s Texas Football. As a senior at Conroe, he totaled five tackles, 0.5 TFLs, an interception, and a pass breakup, helping lead his team to a 9-3 record and a 6A Division 1 area final.

He returned an interception 25 yards against Caney Creek and earned a spot on the Houston Chronicle’s FAB 50 list. After transferring to Texas, he was limited as a junior, playing just five games, but earned first-team all-district 13-6A honors. Previously at Northmont High in Ohio, he was named to the MaxPreps All-Great Lakes Region second team and contributed on both sides of the ball as a sophomore. Brew also runs track, posting times of 10.75 in the 100m and 21.79 in the 200m.

A top-150 overall recruit, Davison totaled 3,499 all-purpose yards and 46 touchdowns in three seasons at Mater Dei, playing a key role in the team’s 37-2 record.

The 2024 MaxPreps California High School Player of the Year and Trinity League Offensive MVP, he rushed for 930 yards and 14 touchdowns as a senior, helping lead Mater Dei to a CIF Southern Section Division I championship and a spot in the Open Division championship game. His senior season featured a season-high 155 rushing yards and three touchdowns on just 13 carries against Santa Margarita. As a junior, he ran for 662 yards and 10 touchdowns, contributing to Mater Dei’s CIF State Open Division title and SBLive/SI national championship. A career-best 1,514 rushing yards and 17 touchdowns came as a sophomore, including 213 yards and three touchdowns on just 10 carries against Mililani. In his freshman season, he rushed for 188 yards and four touchdowns and earned MaxPreps Freshman All-America honors.

Finney Jr. earned invitations to both the Navy All-American Bowl and the Polynesian Bowl, showcasing his dual-threat abilities as both a cornerback and an offensive playmaker. Over three years at McDonogh School, he posted 51 tackles, six interceptions, and 1,461 all-purpose yards, including 13 total touchdowns.

In his senior season, he recorded 13 tackles, three interceptions, and a pick-six against Mount St. Joseph, helping McDonogh reach a 10-2 record and a Class A state championship game appearance. On offense, he totaled 494 yards and eight touchdowns on 29 catches (17.0 yards per reception), plus 111 rushing yards and a touchdown. His best game featured a season-high 163 yards and three touchdowns on three catches against Archbishop Stepinac. As a junior, he tallied 22 tackles, three interceptions, and 632 receiving yards with four touchdowns, including a career-high 183 yards and two touchdowns against Mount St. Joseph.

A standout track athlete, Finney Jr. placed sixth in the Maryland A state finals in the 100m (10.85) and third in the 200m (21.84). Originally from London, Haastrup didn’t start playing football until his senior year of high school, having grown up playing soccer and competing in track and field.

In his lone season at Mayde Creek, he tallied 48 total tackles, including 20 tackles for loss, 9 sacks, and 23 hurries. He posted a season-high seven tackles against Fort Bend Travis, Cinco Ranch, and Katy, and recorded at least one sack in five games, with a standout performance of 4 sacks and 9 tackles for loss in his first-ever game against Fort Bend Travis.

Over the course of his high school career, Hill Jr. rushed for more than 5,000 yards and tallied 99 total touchdowns, stats that helped earn him the title of MaxPreps Illinois High School Football Player of the Year and Prep Redzone Illinois Player of the Year.

Additionally, he carried the ball three times for 10 yards against Jordan. A track standout, Haastrup recorded impressive times of 10.93 in the 100-meter and 21.89 in the 200-meter.

As a senior, he led Althoff Catholic to a perfect 14-0 record and a Class 1A state title, rushing for 2,588 yards and 40 touchdowns. He scored in 12 games, finding the end zone multiple times in 10 of those contests. In the state title game, he put together a historic performance, rushing for 438 yards, adding 80 receiving yards, and scoring seven total touchdowns—setting IHSA title game records for most rushing yards, total touchdowns, rushing touchdowns (6), and total points (42).

In addition to his rushing exploits, he added five receiving touchdowns in 2024, including a career-long 72-yard catch-and-run against Granite City. For his efforts, he was named the 2023-24 Gatorade Player of the Year in Illinois.

As a senior in 2024, Johnson played a key role in leading De La Salle to a perfect 12-0 record, capturing the North Coast Section championship and earning a spot in the Open Division state final on December 14. He posted 45 tackles, including 11.0 tackles for loss, 8.5 sacks, and a forced fumble. He matched his career high with 2.0 sacks and added six tackles in a dominant performance against San Marin. He also recorded a season-high seven tackles against St. Mary’s and set a career-high with 3.5 tackles for loss against San Ramon.

Kalaniuvalu accepted an invitation to the prestigious Polynesian Bowl and was named a finalist for the 2024 Polynesian Bowl High School Player of the Year award.

As a junior, Johnson appeared in nine games, totaling 30 tackles, 14.0 tackles for loss, 4.5 sacks, and two forced fumbles, helping De La Salle to an 11-3 record and a trip to the Division 1-AA title game. His standout junior performances included five tackles in games against El Cerrito, James Logan, and Orange Lutheran, as well as a pair of sacks against San Ramon Valley. Johnson first cracked the varsity rotation as a sophomore, recording three tackles, one tackle for loss, and 0.5 sacks.

After transferring from Timpview High School in Utah, he spent two years at Bishop Gorman, where he helped lead the team to a dominant 11-1 record, a No. 4 national ranking according to MaxPreps, and a NIAA 5A state championship during his senior season. As a dominant run blocker at center, he played a pivotal role in an offense that averaged 181.5 rushing yards per game. He rushed for a season-high 251 yards against Orange Lutheran and ran for five touchdowns in a shutout victory over Liberty. In his junior season, Kalaniuvalu helped Bishop Gorman go 12-0 and win the 2023 MaxPreps national championship, as well as the 5A state title. As a prep, Manning showcased his versatility, playing both left and right tackle for Bellevue, where he helped lead the team to a perfect 12-0 record in 2024 and a spot in the 3A state title game. In 2023, he blocked for an offense that averaged 239.0 rushing yards per game, helping Bellevue to an 11-2 record and a state championship.

Standing out with an impressive 83-inch wingspan, Manning also drew recruiting interest from Arizona State, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Florida, Florida State, Hawaii, Louisville, Miami, Nevada, Ole Miss, Oregon State, Tennessee, UCLA and Washington.

TREY MCNUTT

McNutt is the highest-rated safety to sign with Oregon in program history, according to 247Sports. He was chosen as the representative of the Cleveland Browns at Nike’s “Next Ones” event during Super Bowl LVIII, and was selected to play in the prestigious Navy All-American Bowl.

As a junior at Shaker Heights, he led the team with 61 tackles, including three tackles for loss, 12 pass breakups, and two forced fumbles. Offensively, he posted 611 receiving yards and 12 touchdowns in 2023, showcasing his versatility. A standout on the track as well, McNutt clocked impressive 100-meter times of 10.82, 10.85, and 10.91 in 2023. His athletic lineage is notable, as his father, Richard, was a three-year letterman at Ohio State and a member of the 2002 National Championship team.

Nix spent three seasons at IMG Academy after starting his high school career at Lake Highland Prep, where he quickly emerged as a key contributor. Over the course of his threeyear varsity career at IMG, he tallied 99 tackles, 10 hurries, 9.0 tackles for loss, one sack, and four pass breakups.

He caught multiple touchdowns in five games and was named the Dave Campbell’s Texas Football Super Team Offensive MVP. He also earned MaxPreps preseason All-America honors, an invitation to the prestigious Polynesian Bowl and was unanimously named the District 11-6A Offensive Player of the Year in recognition of his outstanding high school career.

As a returner, he averaged 28.0 yards per kick return and 29.1 yards per punt return, showing his versatility and playmaking ability.

On the track, he qualified for state in the 200 meters as a freshman and the 60-meter indoor as a sophomore, posting times of 7.15 in the 60 meters, 11.27 in the 100 meters, 22.35 in the 200 meters, and 50.08 in the 400 meters.

As a sophomore, Perry cracked the varsity lineup and led the team with 78 catches for 1,100 yards and 20 touchdowns. In addition to his offensive contributions, he served as the primary punter for three seasons, averaging 38.0 yards per punt on 70 boots, while pinning opponents inside the 20-yard line 30 times. Beyond football, Perry was a standout lacrosse player, earning Under Armor All-American honors twice and a spot on the all-state first team.

AKILI SMITH JR.

Ploog had a standout three-year career at Troy, tallying over 2,200 yards and 37 touchdowns. As a senior, he posted 1,148 yards and 17 touchdowns on 75 receptions, helping lead Troy to a 9-2 record. He was a dominant force early in the season, recording more than 100 receiving yards in five of the first six games and scoring 10 touchdowns during that stretch. One of his most impressive performances came in a win over Segerstrom, where he caught 12 passes for 194 yards and four touchdowns, setting career highs in both categories.

As a junior, he surpassed 1,000 receiving yards for the first time, finishing with 1,047 yards and 12 touchdowns on 61 receptions, leading Troy to a CIF Southern Section Division 9 quarterfinal berth. He cracked the varsity lineup as a sophomore, with five of his seven receptions that year resulting in touchdowns.

During his senior season, he completed 132-of-207 passes for 2,039 yards and 18 touchdowns, leading Lincoln to the Division 1-AA regional finals.

As a junior, Smith Jr. completed 148-of-232 passes for 2,431 yards and 25 touchdowns, earning Silver Pigskin Underclassmen of the Year honors and an All-CIF selection. He began his high school career at Vista Murrieta, where he set a school record with 29 touchdowns as a sophomore, completing 211-of-314 passes for 2,432 yards and only four interceptions.

His father, Akili Smith Sr., played quarterback at Oregon from 1997-98 before being drafted in the first round by the Cincinnati Bengals.

Stascausky is widely regarded as the top prep out of Oregon. He earned an invitation to the prestigious Navy All-American Bowl and was named the 2024 Mt. Hood Conference Offensive Player of the Year. He played a key role in helping Central Catholic to an undefeated regular season and a state semifinal appearance. As a senior, he was named to the SBLive Oregon preseason all-state team at tackle and continued to dominate as the leader of the offensive line.

DOUGLAS UTU

A four-year starter at Bishop Gorman, Utu played both guard and tackle, contributing significantly to the team’s success over the years.

Stascausky was a first-team all-state selection as a junior and earned first-team All-Mt. Hood Conference honors, leading Central Catholic to an undefeated season and a 6A state championship. He lined up on the defensive side of the ball as a junior, registering seven tackles and a sack. In 2022, he helped guide the Rams to a 10-2 record and a state semifinal berth, blocking for an offense that averaged 174.5 rushing yards and 203.0 passing yards per game. Stascausky was also recruited by Arizona, Arizona State, Boise State, BYU, California, Georgia, Idaho, Michigan, Minnesota, Northern Arizona, Oregon State, UCLA, UNLV, Washington and Washington State.

In 2024, he helped lead the Gaels to an 11-1 record and an NIAA Division I 5A state title, blocking for an offense that accumulated over 4,900 yards and 73 total touchdowns. As the lead blocker in the rushing attack, he helped average 181.5 yards per game, including a standout performance in the state championship game where the Gaels rushed for 134 yards and two touchdowns on just 11 carries.

As a junior, he played a pivotal role in helping Bishop Gorman finish with a perfect 12-0 record, a Nevada 5A Division I state title, and a national championship. During his sophomore season, he blocked for an offense that averaged 271.5 passing yards per game and 198.1 rushing yards per game, leading the Gaels to a 14-1 record and another 5A Division I state championship. As a freshman, he helped lead Bishop Gorman to a 12-1 record and yet another state title.

He was also recruited b y Alabama, Auburn, BYU, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Miami, Michigan, Michigan State, Nebraska, Nevada, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Penn State, Stanford, Tennessee, UCLA, USC, Utah, Washington and Washington State.

A two-time Trinity League MVP, Wyatt was a dominant force on defense during his four seasons at Mater Dei. He tallied 121 tackles, 62 tackles for loss, 37.5 sacks, 17 pass breakups, and 10 forced fumbles.

In 2024, he earned Trinity League Defensive Most Valuable Player honors, helping lead Mater Dei to an undefeated 12-0 record and a spot in the CIF Open Division state final. During his senior season, he recorded 26 tackles, 10.5 tackles for loss, and 9.5 sacks. He set his career high with eight tackles against St. Frances Academy, adding three tackles for loss, two sacks, and forcing two fumbles. In 2023, he helped Mater Dei secure a 12-1 record, a CIF Open Division state championship, and a national title. He earned MaxPreps All-America honors in 2023 after being named a MaxPreps sophomore All-American the year before. As a sophomore in 2022, he posted 47 tackles, 27.5 tackles for loss, and 13.0 sacks. His freshman year was just as impactful, as he tallied seven tackles, including 3.0 tackles for loss and one sack.

Wyatt was also recruited by Alabama, Arizona, Auburn, Baylor, California, Clemson, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Kansas, Miami, Michigan, Michigan State, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Ole Miss, Tennessee, Texas A&M, UCF, UCLA, USC, Utah and Washington.
