COLLECTING TICKETS
To ensure secure collection of tickets at the Box Office, you will be asked to produce the card with which the tickets were paid for. You may also be asked to confirm personal details of the person who booked the tickets. It is not necessary to present a booking confirmation when collecting, although this can help to make collection more efficient during busy periods.
