She was always keen to get involved and had her camera on throughout which was fantastic. “She was extremely dedicated, and even when her mother needed medical attention she was determined to catch-up with anything she had missed and complete the course. “Ella also had to prepare for a job interview and I was able to give guidance on how to produce and present a PowerPoint presentation. “She gave us some fantastic feedback and it was great to hear how much she enjoyed all of the courses she took part in.”
Outcomes Ella was not only given the opportunity to upskill and gain new qualifications, but also received support and guidance on how to promote herself in job applications.
