During packing, the scallops are inspected before weighting and fill into cartons. Cartons are labelled, sealed, metal detected, palletized and stretchwrapped before being transported to storage at - 21°C to wait for dispatch.
STORAGE CONDITIONS: Boarding and Distribution: The product has to be stored, boarded and distributed at -18°C. If thawed do not refreeze. Shelf Life: 24 months
