Pertici Industries, was founded in 1965 by Leto Pertici as Costruzioni Meccaniche Pertici.

Machining centre

Machining centre CNC vertical machining centre is designed for drilling, milling and copying operations suitable for several materials: ■■ ■■ ■■ ■■

aluminium profiles, steel profiles, PVC profiles (including steel reinforced pvc profiles), various plastic materials.

It is used for several applications, where the aluminum is widely used particularly manufacturing of windows, doors, and curtains walls.

The machining head moves in longitudinal, transversal and vertical directions by BRUSHLESS motors with rack and pinion system allowing the movement on ball bearings rails and slides to achieve very high precision.

The rotation of the table between -90° to +90° (except for MC 400E model) and the angular head allows machining operation on all faces of the profile at any angles.

The MC machining centre offers an user friendly software available on board and at the office.

Three models are available according to various length and versions to meet customer needs.

Cutting centre

Cutting centre CNC cutting centre with 2 controlled axis is designed for cutting PVC profiles with maximum cutting speed and highest quality.

The machine performs the operation of profile loading from the bars stock, cutting and unloading of piece, in complete autonomy and without the assistance of the operator. The working direction is available according to the customer needs either from left to right and viceversa. The software, developed entirely by Pertici Industries, ensures the better management of the working cycle and the cutting lists automatically interfacing with the main cutting list processing programs available on the market.

The machine is composed by 3 units.

1. Automatic bar loading unit • Loading unit with max capacity up to 12 bars of 6,6 m length (depending on the dimension of the profile section) • Bar presence detection device on automatic bar pusher • Belt system with possibility of loading offcut pieces (minimum length of the offcut piece mm. 400) • Bars loading unit with belts 2. Cutting unit • Blade rotation to cut at 45° - 90° - 135° • Centering device, which allows to always have the centre of rotation of the cutting unit matching with the centre of the profile section, in order to also carry out wedge cuts automatically • Front door for free access to maintenance in the cutting area • Automatic scraps evacuation system 3. Automatic unloading and storage unit • Automatic unloading device of cut pieces • Unloading storage unit with safety photocell • Maximum unloading capacity up to 15 pieces.

Double head cutting machines

Double head cutting machines The double head cutting machines are used for cutting aluminium, PVC and light alloy profiles, suitable for series processing and special applications guaranteeing an extremely reliability. These Series, provided with high stiffness, is equipped with two independent cutting heads, one fixed and the other one movable which operates in two different ways: • automatically by AC motor with magnetic ruler length control system (electronic machines) • manually with metric ruler length control system (semiautomatic machines).

All axis movements are performed on rails and slides (equipped with recirculating ball bearings only for series 500 - 550 - 600). These features enable executing centesimal precision cuts for all types of profiles, even the large ones thanks to a wide range of models equipped with 330 mm to 600 mm diameter saw blades.
