A large 800-seat Theatre with a huge stage. Design for a site in the Boueng Kok area middle of Phnom Penh. Boueng Kok
is one of the natural lake in the city that fills up after the name of developed.

Boeung Tamok or Boeung Kobsrov is the largest natural lake in Phnom Penh, located on the northwest side of the city. The lake covers a total area of 3239.7 hectares.

BEONG TAMOK LAKE
Boeng Tamok is one of the capital’s last remaining natural lakes that is being rapidly filled with sand for development. Dozens of families living in shacks along its shore have protested as they face resettlement.

Choosing a rectangular box shape that is easy to use as a service to the environment of the house, affordable, easy to process, and low cost.
There are around 300 families and 1,000 people, many of whom earn a living through fishing, aquaculture farming, and home-based businesses. Most of the families live in poorly constructed, dilapidated housing, with around 30% of families living in makeshift shelters. So we made this AFFORDABLE HOUSE without harming the lake or filling it with sand.
During the rainy season, the lake water will rise, we use this technique for water fluctuations.
