Das unter 45 Grad abgeschrägte Dach sowie ein kleiner Bereich auf der Südseite im obersten Geschoss mit einer Fläche von ca. 1.200 m² wurden mit einer Glas-Pfosten-Riegel-Konstruktion geschlossen.
The approx. 45 degree slanted roof as well as a small area on the south side on the top floor measuring approx. 1,200 sqm were closed off with a glass stick system (mullion-transom façade). The structure of painted steel profiles spans up to 7.5 m with a grid of 1.9 m. A total of three double-leaf sliding gates have been integrated in this area and allow to open the facades: two gates 12 m wide, with a height of 6.5 m, and one gate 6 m wide with a height of 6 m. The glazing of the sloped façade is triple insulating glass with an interior heatable coating in order to provide more thermal comfort near the windows. Inside, Gartner has produced a walk-in glass floor (approx. 50 m²) with electrically controlled glazing. This allows to restrict, or increase, the view through the floor by increasing or reducing voltage accordingly.

Für den Innenraum fertigte Gartner einen ca. 50 m² großen begehbaren Glasboden, der elektrisch schaltbar verglast wurde. So kann die Durchsicht des Bodens mittels Spannungsaufschlag erhöht beziehungsweise durch Spannungswegnahme eingeschränkt werden.

Die Struktur aus lackierten Stahlprofilen hat Spannweiten von bis zu 7,5 m und ein Achsraster von 1,9 m. In diese Fläche sind insgesamt drei doppelflügelige Schiebetore integriert, mit denen die Fassaden in einer Breite von zweimal 12 m und einer Höhe von 6,5 m sowie einmal 6 m breit und 6 m hoch geöffnet werden können. Die Gläser der Schrägfassade sind als 3fach Isolierglas mit innenliegender beheizbarer Beschichtung ausgeführt, um einen Aufenthalt in Scheibennähe behaglicher zu machen.
