Paintguard has been developed over three decades to provide maximum coverage for your vehicle’s exterior treated surfaces. Without Paintguard, a vehicle’s painted finish can quickly lose that “new car” shine.

Leatherguard was created to protect your vehicle’s leather and vinyl surfaces from sun, excessive dryness and temperature extremes.

Shine brighter, protect longer.

In addition to protecting your vehicle, PermaPlate’s unique formula will create a shiny, slick, hydrophobic (water beading) surface that will give the vehicle a show car appearance that will last for years.

Once cured, the coating is extremely durable. It will repel environmental damages while maintaining the shine and appearance of the vehicle’s paint.

▪ Shake product to make sure it is well mixed

▪ DO NOT apply in direct sunlight, make sure surface is cool to the touch

▪ Wet applicator sponge/pad ▪ Apply one pump (1 oz.)

▪ Massage into applicator sponge/pad

▪ Using one pump (1 oz.) at a time, apply to painted surfaces ▪ 2 or 3 pumps may be required depending on size of vehicle ▪ Accidental application to headlights and/or trim areas is ok

PREPARE

▪ Vacuum interior

▪ Shake product to make sure it is well mixed

▪ Remove all debris

▪ 12 oz. per average vehicle

▪ Ensure all surfaces are clean for proper application and bonding

▪ Roll windows all the way down to avoid overspray and to allow for proper ventilation

CLEAN LEATHER / VINYL

▪ Shake product to make sure it is well mixed

▪ Using a small amount of Leatherguard, apply evenly to leather and vinyl surfaces

▪ Ensure all surfaces are clean for proper application and bonding

▪ Spray Fiberguard onto all interior fabric, carpet and upholstery surfaces

▪ Application areas include: leather or vinyl seats, arm rests, dashboard, console and door panels

▪ 4 oz. per average vehicle ▪ Massage into applicator cloth

▪ Do not apply to steering wheel or shift knobs

▪ Avoid oversaturation ▪ Application areas include: fabric seats, upholstery, fabric door panels, carpet (including trunk), cargo area and floor mats ▪ Do not apply to headliner, visors or seatbelts

▪ Allow 1 to 2 hours to dry and 3 hours for complete bonding

▪ Check to ensure no overspray of Fiberguard exists on interior windows, vinyl or plastic

▪ Once Paintguard, Leatherguard and Fiberguard have all been applied, adhere decal to inside lower passenger corner of the windshield

▪ If customer takes delivery of the vehicle within 3 hours, use paper courtesy mats to allow carpet to breathe

A well-maintained vehicle will give you years of enjoyment and help preserve a high resale value. The best way to keep your vehicle and its finish looking its best is to wash and clean it regularly.

We recommend the use of PermaPlate Maintenance and Renewer products.

However, it is perfectly safe to use other retail automotive detailing products and waxes on your vehicle as they will not negatively affect the PermaPlate product applications or your PermaPlate product warranty*.

TO KEEP YOUR VEHICLE INTERIOR LOOKING NEW: Vacuum regularly Clean spills immediately Clean Leather or Vinyl regularly with damp, soft cloth

TO KEEP YOUR VEHICLE EXTERIOR LOOKING NEW: Wash vehicle regularly Hand Wash (when possible) Limit automatic car washes to touchless or soft touch systems Park vehicle in covered areas where possible

Where applicable, use mild leather cleaner to remove dirt

Restore surfaces by applying Leatherguard® Renewer every 3 months or as often as possible

COMMERCIAL USE OPTION: Available with surcharge on all plans. Provides coverage for vehicles used for the business purpose of providing ride-share services (Uber, Lyft, etc.), farming or ranching, pushing, pulling, or hauling material of any kind, route work, job site activities, service or repair work, or has been issued commercial plates in the state in which it is titled, or is used for a commercial enterprise. Vehicles used commercially for snow removal must be equipped with factory installed or factory authorized snowplow package. Usage must not exceed manufacturer’s ratings and/or limitations.

LIFT KIT OPTION: Available with surcharge on all plans. Provides coverage when the vehicle is equipped with body or suspension lifts at the time of vehicle purchase.

Lift Kit modifications, and all assemblies that are in addition to factory installed parts, are excluded from coverage. The maximum increase for a body/ suspension lift combined cannot exceed 6 inches.

No coverage is available for suspension reductions or undersized wheels or tires.

Any vehicle not listed in the classification schedule, including all exotic and high performance vehicles, is not covered. The determination of exotic or high performance will be at the sole discretion of the Administrator.
