Dear Fellow Educators, The word bullying has been around for these last decades. Some countries, like Finland, really take the bullying problem into account. They even utilize scientific-research-based modules to programmatically disarm the bullying in their schools. We are to take into consideration bullying with its many intertwined aspects: the diverse forms of bullying, the bullies, those being bullied, the parents, the educators in school, the school systems, etc. While other facets are all important, we are to pay special attention to those being bullied. Remember the Columbine High School Massacre that happened on April 20th, 1999? It is one of the most horrible memories for all educators across the USA and around the world. Two twelfth grade students, Eric David Harris (18) and Dylan Bennet Klebold (17), opened fire in their own school in Columbine (Colorado, USA).
