Gradability sees the challenges young professionals face –a degree is often not enough. The lack of professional, handson skills and experience can hinder both enthusiasm and ability to secure a job. That’s where our Gradability Accelerator Plus Program (GAP Program) comes in.
The GAP Program was created to bridge the gap between university and the workplace. We connect those needing professional, hands-on work experience to reputable Host Employers. Better still, our ever-growing network of over 12,000 companies are passionate about supporting internship programs that deliver mutually beneficial outcomes.
The GAP Program
• 8 – 12-week internship program ranging between 3 – 5 days per week.
• The internship is combined with Gradability’s training modules to help upskill students for the internship with our Host Employers.
• Our dedicated team will manage the entire recruitment process for our hosts – making it even easier to partner with us as we find the right intern for you.
• Students will be available for internships across various disciplines including:
