Serving children on the autism spectrum and their families has been and will continue to be our mission. Perfect Connection is focused on four major pillars of support to the autism community: early intervention, education, transitionservices,andadvocacy.Assuch,wearedelightedtocelebratemembersofourcommunitywho are doing phenomenal work in these areas. Our distinguished honorees have dedicated their lives to ensuring that children with autism have access to quality resources and support regardless of their socioeconomicstatus Weareincrediblygratefulforourtrailblazerhonorees,Mr KalinBennettandMs FaithEvans,whohaveexpandedtheirreachacrossthenationtoadvocateforandcreateopportunities forchildrenontheautismspectrum

Laurence Bailey, now nine years old, with autism at the age of two He b signs at nine months old, however, i not being officially diagnosed with age of two at that time His young Bailey, is now seven years old diagnosed with autism at the age after Levi’s diagnosis, their mother, founded Perfect Connection Perfec a nonprofit dedicated to assisting impacted by autism Laurence and motivating force behind Perfect mission to ensure that children wit access to quality education, enrichm interventions for behavior, and interventions for academics

Laurence and Levi both attend elementary school in Fort Bend ISD and are deeply intrigued by STEM activities Laurence is musically gifted and was recently selected for his school’s choir His smile is infectious, and he strives to make others happy He is especially fond of elderly individuals, and he loves to help care for others Levi soars academically and loves to play video games He also loves to play basketball and is a natural leader Laurence and Levi were both non-verbal and now have extensive vocabulary and great verbal skills because of consistent therapy, academic and behavioral support, and dedicated parents They also thrive socially and academically because of their access to quality resources Perfect Connection continues to work to ensure that others have the same level of access to quality resources

Dr. Jamie W. Hardy is a native of Raleigh, NC where her loving family resides. Dr. Hardy began her higher education career at Hampton University in Hampton, VA whereshegraduatedMagnaCumLaudewithadegreein Cellular and Molecular Biology Upon graduation she attended Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry in Nashville,TN.Afterdentalschool,Dr.Hardypracticedin Charlotte,NCwheresheservedchildrenfor1year.Itwas in this year that she discovered her love for treating children and was inspired to further her training in the specialty of pediatric dentistry at Bronx Lebanon Hospital During this 2-year specialty training she received additional knowledge and expertise to service children specifically with special health care needs, includingautism Duetoherexceptionalleadershipskills Dr.HardywasappointedChiefResidentbyherattendings and received the award for Outstanding Leadership in DentalOutreachforheradditionalworkintheBronx,NY community.Havingahungerforlifelonglearninganda

desiretoserveherpatientsatahigherlevelofexpertiseDrHardyfurtheredherknowledgebycompletingherBoardCertificationto becomeaDiplomateoftheAmericanBoardofPediatricDentistry.Thehighesthonorofcertificationinherfield.
