I d like to extend a sincere and heartfelt CONGRATULATIONS to Eta Omega Chapter on all the achievements attained this past year, namely being recognized as the reigning INTERNATIONAL LARGE GRADUATE CHAPER OF THE YEAR! This was the first recognition of this level achieved in our storied chapter s history! This year has continued a trend of excellence in being recognized as the State of Georgia s Large Graduate Chapter of the Year for the second consecutive year!
During the 2021 2022 year, Eta Omega Chapter has continued to adapt and innovate our methods of servicing our community. Some of those are out of necessity and others are resulting from constantly challenging ourselves to improve the execution and impact of our efforts. This was evidenced by how Eta Omega Chapter has and continues to answer the call and needs of our community at large, the State of Georgia, the Mighty Seventh District, and our country during the ongoing COVID 19 pandemic, evolving health risks, and social challenges. Despite all the challenges associated with social distancing, mask wearing, and the chaotic stressors across our country, we have welcomed the opportunity to reunite and fellowship in person during this past year, in true Omega Spirit!

Eta Omega Chapter aims to continue delivering our services to our community, with purpose. I am humbled to serve Eta Omega Chapter as its 47th Basileus and working with brothers bonded by FRIENDSHIP and dedicated to our cardinal principles of Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance, and Uplift. I thank the brothers for their support and engagement. May we all continue to be of service through brotherhood positively uplifting our youth, families, and the people of our communities.

I want to first and foremost thank you for entrusting and electing me as your 42nd Grand Basileus of our beloved Fraternity. The mantra of men of strong will and Manhood, Scholarship, Perseverance and Uplift continue to define us and serve as our guidepost s as we uphold the precepts of our founders!
Congratulations to Eta Omega Chapter, Omegas International Large Graduate Chapter of Year as we start the Achievement Week season and your 103 years of service to the community of Atlanta. We thank you for your continued commitment to the tenants of our beloved Founders. Our Theme: Providing Uplift to Local, National and World Communities is indicative to what Omega men do worldwide.
When I sought to become the 42nd Excellence Is My Starting Point integrity and character are paramount. We are keeping that commitment.
In our communities world wide, we have our mandated programs and we have our recently added programs. We actively do these things Fatherhood and Mentoring is now a Mandate, searching for and Illuminating Young talent and providing scholarship support and we do these things not for ego or personal gain but instead because it is our duty and our charge. STEM is now a Mandate, teaching our young men the importance of embracing technology.
During my administration, we are here to serve you and our communities. We are asking you to serve our communities and make a difference. We shall not lose the common touch!
Number 1. Save Our Sons through mentoring, STEM, scholarship offerings and tutoring.
Number 2. Help fathers to be better fathers through our Fatherhood Initiative
Number 3. Stay engaged with our brotherhood through (BYOMM): Call a brother.
Number 4. Save our HBCUs through regular and consistent contributions.
Number 5. Invest in Omega; pay your fraternity dues and reclaim just one additional brother.
If we resolve to do these five things and do them well, we will continue to see the undeniable fulfillment in our communities

I want to take this opportunity to extend heartfelt well-wishes on a successful Achievement Week Banquet. I am certain that the committee, working in concert with the rest of the members of the chapter will ensure this banquet is filled with the true Omega Spirit our founders envisioned.
With the essence of friendship, Eta Omega has been a model chapter within the Atlanta Metropolitan communities as well as throughout the district and across our international organization. No further evidence of this than the rich history of leadership that has derived from this band of trailblazers ascending to the highest office within our fraternity. Your countless efforts have been recognized with numerous past awards such as the reigning International Large Graduate Chapter of the year. Backing that feat up at this year’s Georgia State Workshop further illuminates the leadership Eta Omega possesses.
Spurred by a racial awakening, the Citizen of the Year Award, was launched over 101 years ago. This was the backdrop to Achievement Week, of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity Incorporated. Your culmination celebration of the chapter’s exceptional work for this year directly aligns with our theme: Providing Uplift to Local, National and World Communities.
As your District Representative, I take great pride in the continuous support this chapter has provided to our great fraternity. You should rejoice as well in this Achievement Week Banquet and know that your continued pursuit of excellence is acclaimed.

It is indeed an honor and a privilege to extend my personal greetings and to congratulate you on another year of outstanding service to your community and beyond. Eta Omega Chapter has played a pivotal role in the history of Omega. You are the reining International Large Graduate Chapter of the Year and two time State of Georgia Large Graduate Chapter of the Year.
Through your diligence and perseverance, you have paved the way for many chapters to follow. I have personally seen the brothers of Eta Omega Chapter stay true to the cardinal principles of Omega by executing the mandated programs which involve mentoring young men, providing scholarships, registering, and educating voters, and feeding those who are hungry. So today, I pause to salute you on a job well done.
Omega Psi Ph Fraternity Inc. Providing Uplift to Local, National and World Communities, is an appropriate theme for this year’s Achievement Week Celebration. Men of Omega are forward thinkers just as our Founders. We are needed now more than ever. This time of celebration reminds us how far we have come and helps us look forward to continuing the work that must be done in the future.
