COURT DATE FOR SHOP DEVELOPERS OF THE FORMER FAMILY GROCER SITE ON THE EDGE OF PEREGIAN SQUARE ARE HEADING TO COURT THIS MONTH IN A BID TO RETAIN USE OF AN APPROVED APPLICATION FROM 2012 FOR A MATERIAL CHANGE OF USE FOR THEIR SITE.
