Describing your User Name and Password will allow you access to this module. System can be used as Turkish, English and Russian language selection

The Main Screen of the module contains buttons, each with an appropriate function. Click once on a button to open a required menu or report.

Hotel & Price Search;

Search For only Honey mooners offers: if you remark this option you can see just honey mooners reduction applied over the total price.

Hotel & Price Search screen enables you to find suitable alternatives to your clients with its search criterions as c/in date interval, accommodation days, destination, hotel category,hotel name, price range and etc.

According to the selected criterions the module will bring you accommodation total price, pp per night price, hotel name, room, room type and board information. On the same screen you can easly follow the available SPO’s, Stop Sale and allotment availability of the hotel. Each row on the display screen contains “Add Basket” button which will add the selected rows in a basket and helps you to create a follow up list.

Another useful option on the same screen is “Book Now” which allows you to step in quickly into the booking screen.

The Icon on the left side of the Selling Date is used for describing the commision or any extra charge to be applied on the total price .

Commission Ratio is used for percentage increase, Amount is used for any additional charge as fixed. Flight total is used for fixed flight price, but description must be total depends on pax number searched. Other Extras is fixed amount and used for any unnamed service extras.

Note: Child ages definition is to be done by small ages to old ages.

After searching any price if you have definitions on this table system will include the flight total and other extras into Total Accomodation Price ( listed under “Total Price� Column) then commission ratio or amount will be applied over this total .

Booking Entry Screen;

Depends on your selection from the main menu, you can enter the sejour reservation or package reservation.

1- Booking Entry screen can be accessed either from the main menu or directly from the price search screen. Searched criterions will be brought automatically on the booking screen or you can enter c/in – c/out dates and continue choosing the hotel name. Region and hotel category options are available to ease your hotel choice step. After choosing the hotel you will see that the module brings you only those Room,Room Types and Board options which are available for the appropriate hotel, this helps you to make a correct choice.

Next step is to specify the pax numbers as adult,child, child ages and click “Add Room” button after which the module is checking Stop Sale, Allotment and Release info for the chosen hotel. Please pay attention that when the hotel is available the system brings the booking status as “OK” when opposite it will come as “On-Request”.

When the room has been added insert the passanger names and preferably their ages then click the “Next” button to pass to the Flight and Transfer details screen.If there is any hotel extra which clients requested, you can select from the extra step which is on the room card. The module brings you only those extras which are available for the appropriate reservation. Rows which display on red, it means obligatory extras. Even you dont select this extra it will be calculated on the invoice. You can mark and inside the reservation extras which depends on your selection. If the clients does not require transfers you can easily skip this page clicking “Only Hotel” option and pass to the next step and saving of the booking. For pre-calculation you can click for the Pre report on the first page.

The above screen is dedicated for entry of the arrival and departure flight details of your client’s, special transfer requests as VIP, handicaped etc. can be choosed from the same screen. Right after you make the transfer choice the system will calculate and display the transfer rates, any changes can be done on the choosen transfer services before the final Save of a booking.

Before the final Save you can display the calculated prices of the booked services and check the accuracy of the information and then Save the booking.

This message shows that the booking has been saved successfully. Confirmation status of the bookings can be followed from the related reports. You can print a voucher form or display the Proforma Invoice of the booked services once the booking is confirmed.

PACKAGE RESERVATION :

Select the reservation button from the main menu, you can select package reservation and you can display the packages which are already saved in the system. Same as normal reservation you can select the date, package, room, room type, pansion and pax number and then you can add the room.

After complete the room adding, you can save the customer names and near the each customer names, you can select the packages which you can buy together with packages that you have already selected from the tour package. Tour packages is saved belongs to person. If all customers buy same package on the reservation, the selection must be done for each name.

There is a Package İtinary in the right side of the room card. You can reach the itinerary of the buying package.

After complete the all selection then with “Next” button, you need to enter flight information of your customers.

After saved the reservation, you can print a voucher form or display the Proforma Invoice of the booked services once the booking is confirmed.

When you take a voucher belonging to package reservation, you can mark the selection of itinerary which you want to see or not on the voucher and then you can print.

2- Example: When customer booked two hotel reservations

After selecting the second stay, click on Ref Room Pax as room number 1 in order to specify that they are same customers. This selection is important for creating the transfer in between two hotels.

After giving ref room information , the second hotel customer information can not be edited.

Then we go to the next page for adding transfer details;

Here we see that the second room customer details, flight information as arrival and departure are unable for editing. Because we are enterering on the first hotel already. And Sub transfer is created automatically.

Only Transfer;

You can book only arrival / departure transfer reservation from the only transfer menu for the customers which want to buy only transfer.

After entered the quantity of adult and child and then selected the add button it can be brought automatically on the transfer detail screen.

Reservation is done, according to selected criterions as arrival / departure transfer, transfer date, transfer type, transfer direction.

If there is any note about the transfer it can be written on the transfer area.

If there is a flight which is not in the system, you can open new flight with add button from the flight selection criteria and you can select this flight at the same time.

After you have selected the transfer detail and saved, it will be brought automatically selection menu of the name, age and nationality. You can make your selection and display the prereport and then save the reservation.

If the customers bought more than one transfer you can continue with the transfer add button.

Before the final save you can display the calculated prices and check the accuracy of the information and then save the booking.

Reports; Hotel Allotment Report – displays allocation situation of your contracted hotels;

Hotel Arrival List – displays a name list of your sales, list is available with selection of hotel and date range;

Confirmation List – you can follow confirmation status of your pending bookings;

Special Offer List - displays all available hotel SPO’s in details;

Stop Sale List – displays all unavailable hotels for the serached period;

Invoice List – you can display calculation details of booked services per booking or per period as totals.

Inhouse List – displays details of all clients accommodated in the hotels for the current day.

Balance Report- here you can see your reservation amounts and your payments done.
