Lakes of Fairhaven - July 2021

by Jackie Devine I am so excited to know about this place. My experience was off the charts, and I can only say, "I FEEL ALIVE!" It's a must-have, and the professional but caring staff is remarkable. Dr. M. W. This was just what I needed! I left feeling amazing. The next day after my drip, I completed tasks that I haven't been able to complete in a long time. I will most definitely be back. J. F. I stopped by on a Friday after a long workday with my wife. The ambiance is amazing, with a beautiful waterfront view. The luxury loungers were just perfect for getting my feet up, and the owners were fantastic hosts. I've never done anything like this previously and generally consider myself a healthy individual. After my session, which lasted around 25-30 minutes, I felt noticeable differences in my physical and emotional state. My feet were no longer throbbing from hours of walking around in Chucks, my entire body felt refreshed and alive, and I just felt generally in a better mood. It could also have been an awesome company (shout out to my wife and the business owners). To my delight, the feelings of renewed rejuvenation were not short-lived. It's been a few weeks, and I'm feeling alive like Johnny5. If you get the reference, you'll benefit from a quick drip. This place is dripped up and draped out, and you should see what they're talking about. Tell ’em Ruben sent you! If you are new to the service commonly known as IV Hydration, you may be interested to know it is a trending service designed to increase energy, boost immune systems, improve endurance and performance for athletes, enhance weight loss and improve chronic disease symptoms. Not only that, it boosts the immune system and supports overall wellness, including mental clarity, and even slows down the effects of aging.

IV therapy has been used for decades in hospitals to treat a range of conditions, from dehydration to nutrient-absorption disorders. Now, that service just became more accessible, much more efficient, and less impersonal, head over to Ultimate Drip Therapy and Wellness, your Premier IV Hydration Therapy & Vitamin Injection Wellness Spa, located in Cypress, Texas. It is owned and operated by Schwanna Fortenberry and Regine Patillo. There you will be treated to a full array of vitamin infusions, IM injections, and weight loss support. In addition, they will be offering Botox/Fillers in August. The process is fast and straightforward. It only takes a few minutes to fill out a health profile, relax in a recliner, and receive your infusion of a mixture of vitamins, herbs, and fluids via an IV line. Then, the next thing you know, you are walking out the door feeling like you have a new lease on life. To learn more about this unique process and what it can do for you, visit www.ultimatedriptherapy.com. Ultimate Drip Therapy is located at 9945 Barker Cypress Rd #200, Cypress, TX 77433. MONDAY, JULY 12th FFA Presentation with Brooke Blackshear Member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of 2024, Majoring in Agricultural Communications and Journalism Good Shepherd UMC Youth Room, 11:45AM FFA was the acronym for Future Farmers of America but the organization, in an effort to broaden its potential membership beyond youth working in traditional "production" agriculture, changed its official name from Future Farmers of America to the National FFA Organization in 1988; it is still commonly referred to as FFA. High school students compete in various events, in several major areas including Career Development Events (CDE's) and Supervised Agricultural Experience programs (SAE's). Students are supervised by agricultural education teachers in cooperation with parents, employers and other adults who assist individuals in the development and achievement of educational and career goals. According to the constitution and bylaws of the National FFA Organization, each student must be enrolled in an agriculture class to be eligible for membership. Activities: • Raising animal projects including sheep, goats, steers, turkeys, chickens, rabbits, and swine to show and sell in the CFISD Livestock show in February. • Tour Guiding at the Houston Livestock Show • And much, much more! Brooke Blackshear, granddaughter of Debbie and Paul Blackshear, will join us and tell us about her time as a member of the Texas FFA and the Cypress Ranch FFA chapter. She served as the chapter President for the 2019-2020 school year. She raised hogs, steers, cows, and chickens! She participated in many Leadership Development Events and Career Development events. The FFA is an organization that strives to educate the next generation of the importance of the Agriculture industry, raise students to be the leaders of tomorrow and provide opportunities for students to develop into men and women of outstanding character by teaching them invaluable life lessons. In keeping with our theme, lunch will be BBQ beef with all the fixin’s! The Blackshears, the Mayfields, and the Goodsons are cooking this delicious meal for us! Cost is only $10 each.
