The Apostles’ Creed

I believe in God the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth, And in Jesus Christ his only Son our Lord; who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried; he descended into hell; the third day he rose again from the dead; he ascended into heaven, and sits at the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from there he shall come to judge the quick and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit; the holy catholic Church; the communion of saints; the forgiveness of sins; the resurrection of the body; and the life everlasting. Amen.

ACOLYTES

An acolyte plays an important role in our traditional worship, bringing the light of Christ into the service and leading us out into the world to be the light of Christ. Today’s acolytes:

It is our hope that everyone at Peachtree will find a place where they can grow spiritually and find genuine community. Join a group based on Peachtree’s Fall sermon series, 500, a study of the Reformation on its 500th anniversary. Groups will meet for five weeks beginning the week of October 22 and continue through November 22. You’ll meet in a group of your choosing, among women’s groups, men’s groups, young adult groups, couples’ groups, and Red Dot community groups. Groups typically meet for 1.5 hours each week. Visit us online to sign up for a group!
