As your City Manager, I am proud to share our City’s accomplishments with the Calendar Year 3rd Quarter reports. City departments are working harder and smarter than ever to deliver the highest quality of services to our citizens, and the results speak to our staff's dedication.
This past quarter was defined by strategic investment and community growth We successfully paved over seven miles of streets and focused heavily on infrastructure by completing the Crosstown path tunnel feasibility study and commissioning a new fire ladder truck into service.
Furthermore, we ensured the quality of our public spaces by finishing a major interior remodel of Fire Station 83 and installing a new boiler system for the Kedron pools. We also started the design for the Battery Way Park upgrade plan.

Our vibrant community and professional excellence continue to be recognized. We proudly received multiple awards this quarter for our multiuse path brochure, custom bike rack designs, and our new Visitor’s Guide and website The Fred had great success with over 25,000 concert tickets sold during its concert season The library recorded over 46,000 visits On the public safety front, we added four new School Resource Officers (SROs) to our elementary schools to strengthen mentorship and safety.
This success is only possible thanks to our incredible staff, whose commitment is reflected in an exceptionally low employee turnover rate of just 3.4%. Peachtree City’s employees consistently deliver service with professionalism, precision, and pride. Their dedication ensures safety, reliability, and responsive services that enhance our citizens’ daily lives.
I am always thankful for our citizens’ continued support of our great community.
