Lindy is a native of Charleston, SC and was raised in Winston-Salem, NC; luckily for her, she has always called the Carolinas home. She vacationed here as a child with her family and is very familiar with why this area is such a wonderful place to live. A graduate of UNC Chapel Hill with a BA in Communications, Lindy has the important communication and negotiating skills along with her broad network of Lowcountry area connections to help her clients, whether buyers or sellers, capitalize on real estate market opportunity as it occurs.

Perry has been in real estate sales since 1997 selling along the SC coast from Garden City to McClellanville. A graduate of The College of Charleston, he and his wife Wynne Kellett Peace have two young boys. Wynne and Perry enjoy all that the Lowcountry has to offer-golf, the beach, the outdoors (fishing in particular), boating, and their friends and families.
