This is the view of KwaNobuhle Traditional Health specialist Dr Fred Isaacs who together with his wife Mama Sheila Isaacs, who is the Director of the Mother’s Gift, fed almost 500 people in this poverty-stricken area of Uitenhage in the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality. Police seek relatives The South African Police Service (SAPS) in Uitenhage is looking for the next-of-kin of an identified man who was found next to Rooi Hoogte Road, Uitenhage on Monday, July 15. It was at about 7:45 am when police found the man, who is about 41 years of age. He was wearing a black “polo” Golf shirt with cream stripes, blue denim jeans, green jacket with purple sleeves and cream canvas shoes.
