The Advertiser agrees to hold harmless the Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce and its subsidiaries from and against any and all liability and/or claims and will pay any expenses incurred by the Savannah Area Chamber of Commerce and its subsidiaries in the defense thereof arising out of the publication of any trademark, service mark, trade name, name, portrait, picture, logo or illustration granted in accordance with this contract.
