We face a ministry challenge to secure the future vibrancy of our church a shortage of staff due to the high cost and limited availability of housing in Jackson Hole It has been difficult to recruit and retain staff because they cannot find affordable places to live This is putting an undue burden on our pastors, current employees and volunteers It has also impacted our ministries and the ability to serve our members, our community and our world

We now find ourselves in a vulnerable situation! Without essential staff, we will not be able to continue the services we now provide It is not only our ministry to our congregation which is being impacted. It is also our community. The cost for building 10 homes and a Fellowship Cabin is estimated at $11 5 Million These will be a mix of one, two, and four bedroom townhomes These dwelling units will fulfill the immediate and future needs of the church Please join us in this once-in-ageneration opportunity to make a significant impact in the legacy of PCJH. $5.82 Million has been raised to date, and we are asking everyone to submit their multi-year pledges by October 1, 2024 in order for us to make an informed decision of whether to break ground in the Spring of 2025
Estimated building costs $11.5M

s who provided the land to make this opportunity possible
We value the understanding of our church leadership, and our congregation that it is imperative to provide homes for our staff to achieve our mission and build for our future
We cherish the knowledge that we can be the ones who bring our treasures to fulfill a grand Spirit-driven vision to bless generations to come
Come join us as we move forward, prayerfully and hopefully, to complete this glorious endeavor, confident that God's grace alone brings about every good work in us
Approximately 10+ Staff, will occupy PCJH campus
POTENTIAL PHASE 2 Because approval from the Town of Jackson is a lengthy process, the PCJH Staff Housing Committee and Session decided it prudent to apply for a total of 21 townhomes in the event that PCJH may desire to build a future Phase 2 which would include an additional 11 townhomes. This potential second phase would only be built in the future as funding allows and as church mission determines Phase two would be a bigger vision to bless our community through partnerships with other local organizations in need of employee housing
