X Airflow Cross Ventilation workwear is Bisley’s latest innovative and revolutionary product, using laser perforation to combat heat stress. The fabric is lightweight, breathable and durable with excellent moisture management properties, making it ideal to wear in physically demanding conditions and for working outside in the summer months.
The technology is based on a 3D cooling system, where air flows through multiple ventilation points on the garment at key heat stress areas, drawing heat and moisture away from the skin and out of the garment. The pants and shorts feature tactical-inspired multi-functional pockets and zip mesh vent openings which activate the extra cooling function for airflow where you need it most.
WOMEN’S WORKWEAR
At Bisley Workwear, we know that every trade is different, and every tradesperson is different, but every tradie deserves the right workwear for their job.
We worked closely with female tradies from different trades to create our women’s workwear range to ensure the gear was perfectly fit for purpose. Taking a three-dimensional approach to female fit, this range features elements our tradies needed like; reinforced paneling, additional stretch, new waistbands and waist heights, fitted leg panels, and new cuffs.
APEX FR
In collaboration with FR fabric specialist, Daletec, we have created our new APEX flame resistant (FR) range. This range has been designed for the highest level of protection without compromising on comfort.
Each garment includes soft touch technology and moisture management to minimize heat stress. APEX fabrics in this range are available in three weights, 160gsm, 185gsm and 240gsm, in styles for men and women.
The APEX FR range is exclusive to Bisley Workwear.

AS/NZS 2622:2019
Bisley Workwear garments meet the requirements of AS/NZS 2622:2019, which outlines the method for labelling of fibre content in textile products.

Bisley Workwear ‘waterproof’ garments are deemed compliant when no water has passed through it over an 18-hour period. These garments have a water-repellent or water-resistant coating that stops moisture from reaching the wearer in wet weather conditions.

Fabrics used in Bisley Workwear garments are tested regularly to ensure that naturally created formaldehyde levels are kept to the safe minimum standard set out by the ACCC (Australian Competition & Consumer Commission). Bisley Workwear garments are free from formaldehyde.

AS/NZS 4602.1:2011 / AMDT 2:2020
This standard specifies the visual requirements for high visibility safety garments for occupational wear by people who may be exposed to the hazard of moving traffic, or equipment in high risk situations. The standard covers garments suitable for day-time wear, night-time wear, where they will be seen by retroreflected light or for wear under both conditions in the relevant high risk situations, with minimum requirements for high visibility garments.

Bisley Safetywear garments use high visibility materials made from durable woven or knitted fabrics and are tested for high daytime visibility. Our high quality fabrics and retroreflective tapes for use at night are tried and tested to this standard to ensure you’re protected in high risk situations.
AS/NZS 4399:2020
All garments that comply with this standard deliver ultraviolet protection, commonly known as UPF. Where the most effective sun protection is required, we recommend a garment that covers the full arm and leg area and has a sun protection rating of UPF 50+.
MAKE SURE YOUR WORKWEAR COMPLIES

AUS RAIL
This Australian Rail standard outlines the minimum requirements for PPE when accessing the rail corridor. The high visibility shade is fluorescent orange. Both orange and reflective tape must comply to AS/NZS 1906.4 and design compliant to AS/NZS 4602.1 standard. AS 7471:2019
INDUSTRIAL STRENGTH
The ultraviolet radiation transmitted through a fabric to the skin is measured and given a rating of 15 (min protection), 30 (good protection), 50, 50+ (excellent protection).

STATIC CONTROL
Certain natural fibres do not attract static electricity (static neutral) and therefore reduce the risk of an electric shock to the body. 100% cotton is the most common static control in garments.

SHOWERPROOF
Resistant to light rain. Fabric is either treated with an outer coat finish or a waterproof membrane is added to the reverse side of rainwear fabrics. Generally if a garment repels liquid on the outside and is not fully seam sealed on the inside, it is also categorised as showerproof.
Reinforced stitching, bartacks, rivets and heavy duty fabrics mean Bisley Workwear products with this symbol have been developed for industrial environments or work places.
COLD WEATHER
Garments designed to keep you warm in cold weather.
WATER RESISTANT
Water resistant membranes are often added to the reverse side of rainwear fabrics to ensure that no water can penetrate from outside, water resistant garments are fully seam sealed on the inside keeping you dry in wet weather.

Fresche ® microbial treatment is a highly effective approach to long term control and protection against the growth of bacteria and fungus which causes stubborn odours and stains. Fresche ® is invisible when applied, it will not impact or change the colour or feel of the garment. Fresche ® is derived from coconut oil a safe, sustainable and renewable resource.

DuPont, the world leader in fibre and fibre treatment technology use their ingenious stain release technology to provide garments with an easy cleaning solution.

MOISTURE WICKING
Hydrophilic garments pull perspiration away from your skin to the outer layer of the fabric where it is able to evaporate faster, leaving your skin fresh and without excessive perspiration.

Some Bisley Workwear garments have Cordura® incorporated into them to enhance tear and abrasion resistance, due to the high quality, resilient Nylon yarns used to create it.
Bisley premium Industrial range is designed to withstand industrial washes at 75˚C. Using superior imported German dyes for greater colourfastness and superior industrial strength reflective tape.

FLAME RESISTANT
Garments made with flame resistant fabrics are made from materials that are inherently non-flammable. These type of materials are designed to prevent the spread of fire and will not melt or drip when in close proximity to a flame.

RECYCLE
Bisley recycle is made from post-consumer plastic bottles. Referred to as RPET (recycled PET plastic).

BUST: Measure around the fullest part of the bust under the arms with your arms at resting position.
WAIST: Measure over undergarments at the natural waistline (usually approx. 1cm above the navel).
LOWER WAIST: Measure over undergarment approx. 4cm below the natural waistline.
HIP: Measure over undergarments at hips (usually the widest part and is approx. 25cm below the waistline).
IN-LEG: Measure from crotch to floor, with shoes.
WOMEN’S - ALL STYLES
NECK: Measure around the neck where the top of the shirt collar would sit.
