Booking Conditions Cancellation by company - In order to operate any day trip, a certain level of passenger numbers is required. If that is not achieved then the day trip may be cancelled and an alternative offered.

Cancellation by customer - In the unfortunate event you or a member of your party has to cancel your day trip, the cancellation charges are set out on the following scale More than 28 days - loss of deposit plus ticket price (if applicable).

14-28 days – 75% or loss of deposit whichever is greater plus ticket price (if applicable). .

8-13 days – 50% or loss of deposit whichever is greater plus ticket price (if applicable). .

0-7 days – 100% plus ticket price (if applicable).

Deposits and Balance – All deposits are non-refundable and balances are due 4 weeks prior to departure.

Smoking/vaping - Smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited on board all our vehicles.

Client's behaviour - PC Coaches reserves the right to refuse a booking or terminate a client's trip in the event of unreasonable conduct, if in our opinion it is likely to cause damage, distress, danger or annoyance to other passengers or employees. If you are prevented from travelling or continuing on your trip full cancellation charges will apply, and PC Coaches will be under no obligation for any refund, compensation or loss, which you may incur.

Seat belts - The wearing of seat belts is mandatory at all times when seated.

Children - For safety reason, unaccompanied children under the age of 16 will not be allowed to travel.

Departure times - All times and information are correct at the time of print, however they may be subject to alterations due to operational or other unforeseen circumstances. No claims from any passengers will be deemed valid for those who arrive late to their departure point or at any stopping points during the excursion causing you to subsequently miss the coach.

Animals - No animals are allowed on excursions, except for guide dogs.

Seat allocations - It is possible, on occasion, for operational reasons, that a coach/mini bus of different conguration or size may be used, and we therefore reserve the right to alter the seating plan and allocate seats other than the ones you have booked, although this will be avoided wherever possible. We still have no liability in relation to any such change of specication.

Covid-19 - Due to the ongoing frequent changes to government guidelines/restrictions in order to control the Covid-19 pandemic, there may be times when changes are made to the advertised excursion, beyond our control.
