Compatible with virtually any accounting application, including Quickbooks, Sage 50, and Netsuite, SecureCheck 8 Basic allows you to easily print accounts payable and payroll checks to blank stock for multiple checking accounts to any PCL5e printer in your office. Checks are printed with with signatures, overlay graphics, and check data in a single pass. As checks are processed, a secure audit trail is generated. Signature logic applies the correct number of signatures on each check based on the check amount, and printed check-security features, including a security watermark and specialized security fonts, can be applied based on audited check data. System access to print checks and review audit and event logs is protected through a secure login, and all signatures and check forms are stored in an encrypted format, to ensure strong internal controls and security for your disbursement process. Compatible with Windows operating systems (including Windows 7 / 8, 32- and 64-bit), SecureCheck Basic comes complete with system installation and training, creation of one check outline (applicable to multiple accounts), and a 1-year maintenance contract.
