In 2007, The Pennsylvania State Board of Psychology filed a fifty-six count Amended Order to Show Cause against Dr. Marvin H Berman, which charged him with unlicensed practice, engaging in a multiple relationship and violations stemming from extensive physical contacts with his suicidal female client. This is concerning as Dr. Marvin Berman currently engages in online consultation through his company, Neuronic, while being sanctioned and potentially without license.
