Tiffany Helping people has been a theme in Tiffany Cloutier’s life for as long as she can remember. Though she earned a degree in graphic arts from the University of Cincinnati, she ultimately went back to school to become a registered nurse—just so she can help others. ¶ Since meeting George Cloutier, whom she married last New Year’s Eve, she has been helping people through her philanthropic endeavors. “George and I raised $1 million in our backyard over three summers,” she says, referring to their “Boogie on Low Beach,” a party at their Nantucket home to raise funds for Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. ¶ That’s the tip of the iceberg for Tiffany, who also is on the American Cancer Society board, the Heart Ball committee, and the host committee for the Ultimate Dinner Party. And the wheels are always turning: Now she is developing an idea to raise major funds for breast cancer awareness and research. FIT FOR LIFE: Tiffany was an aerobics instructor during and after college. Her class nearly killed the University of Cincinnati baseball team. “The next day they couldn’t even swing their bats, they were so sore.” Style sense: “I love the fashion of the 1950s and early ’60s, but also like sexy and edgy clothes that are still feminine.” Among her favorite designers: Alexander McQueen, Valentino and Versace. Beauty bag: “Tammy Fender products are, by far, the best products I have ever used.” Cat’s meow: Tiffany has been collecting original Hello Kitty dolls since 1974.
