All vacation rentals are strictly for Single Family use. The renter must be 25 years or older. Optional Travel Insurance available and recommended. All major credit cards accepted.
UPON BOOKING
25% of the rent is due. Balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. 100% due if booking is less than 45 days from arrival.
DAMAGE INSURANCE
Is required with all bookings.
SECURITY DEPOSIT (if required)
Refunds issued approximately 4 weeks after departure
CANCELLATIONS
Made within 45 days prior to arrival will result in no refund. Before 45 days results in deposit forfeiture. Refunds less service fee will only be made if prioerty is re-rented.
