POND 12 Automatic Scale The production automatic scale, POND 12 type, allows for the weighing of granular and floury products with a range varying from 12 to 270 mÂł/h. An electro pneumatically regulated bucket slide valve, positioned at the entrance hopper, regulates the flow of product to the tubular weighing system which, suspended on load cells system, allows to determine the weight with an accurate and stable method.

MULTICLEANER Vibro gravity separator This machine used in the cleaning process of cereals, is composed of a separator with tarar and one classifier destoner. In the upper machine type VB, the grain is cleaned from coarse and fine impurities, an adjustable aspiration channel removes light impurities. In the lower machine type SGS, the cereal is classified into heavy and light grains in adjustable quantities, stones and eventual sands are completely removed.

SAP Air Separator The air separator SAP, is inserted in the cleaning section for separating light impurities from cereal. Dust, glume, light seeds, etc. are easily removed. The grain inputted into the air separator’s hopper is distributed on the whole width of the machine and passed by acounter-current air flow that allows for the suction of the lighter particles. Beyond being used as a stand-alone machine, it can be combined with other cleaning machines such as the vibroseparator VIBROBLOCK model and the intensive scourer PO model.

HYGROS-TEC III Automatic Dampening System The system consists of a detection probe for sensing the basic characteristics of the incoming product, a flow weighing plate and a damping unit control for controlling, dosing and adding water. The detection probe is able to instantly determine the hectoliter weight, temperature and constant dielectric of the incoming product and to elaborate the data determining the percentage of water present in the product. The HYGROS-TEC III system is suitable for a production up to 30 t/h with water addition up to a maximum of 2500 l/h.

VAS Air Lock Valve VAS type valves, are designed for positive pressure pneumatic conveying systems of powdery products. These valves are divided into two groups: a crossed flow (VAS/P) and DropThrough (VAS). Consist of a reinforced quality cast iron housing, a tray impeller with steel shaft fixed with supports. The rotation of the impeller is realized through a bearing system and special seals mounted on the covers of the housing’s side.
