How to choose the right bed

Do you prefer to sleep on your side?

To get the best sleep quality it is important that your spine is as straight as possible. The shoulder zone of the bed has to be softer to help the shoulder getting down into the mattress. The hip zone needs to be firmer to avoid that your hips will sink too deep.

Then we recommend one of our top models with Exclusive Pocket that will give the best foundation for good sleep, relaxation and recovery.

Try the bed in the same position that you prefer when sleeping. Do you mostly lying on your side you can check that your spine is as straight as possible. If you choose a bed with our adjustable hip zone, you always can adjust the firmness of the bed.

How do I see the differences of the models?

What does the bed mean for my sleep quality?

Compare the beds by checking the top mattress, the bed filling and the pocket springs in the main and bottom mattresses.

When the bed suits you and your sleeping position, you muscles can relax better. You can sleep longer in the important deep sleep, you get better sleep quality and can feel more refreshed when waking up.

1. The softer shoulder zone can be found at both ends of the mattress. No matter how you turn the mattresses, the shoulder gets the right pressure relief.

2. The hip zone is firmer to support your hips. If you choose a bed with our adjustable hip zone, you always can adjust the firmness of the bed to get the right position for your hips.

Contents and materials

Pocket springs

Each individual spring is placed in a small pocket, allowing each spring to work independently.

In our continental bed models, there are different combinations of Pocket in the main and the bottom mattress.

Filling

Our mattresses have filling with Latex or Welun foam. Latex is the most exclusive material and provides great sensitivity, pressure relief and the best sleeping climate.

Top mattress

Choose between our top mattress with Pulse® Latex or Hyperflex. Pulse® Latex is the most exclusive material that will give perfect pressure relief and sleeping climate.

Our continental beds have pocket springs with five zones in both the main and the bottom mattress. With two layers of zone pockets, the shoulder zone will get an extra depth and better pressure relief for your shoulder. A perfect choice if you prefer to sleep on your side.

Pulse® Latex is a soft, durable and ecolabelled latex that follows the body curves perfectly. An exclusive material that provides a perfect sleep climate with the best possible pressure relief.

With a unique cell structure with millions of small air bubbles, Pulse® Latex has excellent ventilating features. Pulse® Latex is also naturally anti-bacterial and naturally resistant to dust mites.

Hyperflex

PREMIUM HYPERFLEX

Hyperflex is a soft polyurethane foam with high elasticity and good ventilation which provides good moisture control throughout the night. Hyperflex is ecolabelled and is produced at one of the production facilities next to Wonderland.

Innovative textile

37° is a soft and temperature regulating stretch textile that adapts to your body temperature, keeping it at an optimal level. Washable at 60°C.

SPLIT TOP MATTRESS for adjustable beds

Rapid Dry is a soft stretch textile with a specially developed hollow fibre which provides effective ventilation and moisture transportation. Washable at 60°C.

Wonderland RECYCLABLE is a textile produced from by-products. Upcycling reduces the need of using new natural resources, by reusing waste materials in new creative ways. Wonderland RECYCLABLE is an important step in our efforts to contribute to sustainable development.

Wonderland has very high requirements for the bed’s materials to have the right properties and a long lifespan. We offer a 25-year guarantee against spring and frame damage.

Our production facility in Åndalsnes, Norway, is one of the most modern bed production facilities in the world. We are located in the middle of a wild and beautiful nature that gives us great inspiration. Here our beds are made with care and precision, where the finest detail is important to provide the best sleep quality.

One of the world’s most modern

Since 1969, our production facility has been situated in Åndalsnes on the west coast of Norway. With locally based industrial owners we invest for the future. Today we are one of the world’s most modern bed manufacturers.

We are in close collaboration with a variety of local sub-contractors. All of our foam and the plastic details for our adjustable hip zone

are produced here in Åndalsnes. The bed frames are produced in Måndalen, just 25 min from Åndalsnes.
