The Project The project represents a major programme of work spanning over six years that will invest more than £53 million in refurbishing and remodelling large sections of the Engineering estate (approximately 13,000m2 in total).

Our Experience Our experienced site management team provided a consistent coordinated delivery of the works establishing

relationships with staff and stakeholders delivering monthly look ahead programmes to ensure that teaching and learning continued alongside the project without disruption. Robust site waste management planning was in place with 100% of all waste recycled outside staff and student timetabled hours through Newell’s approved contractors.
