Our Q3 townhall was held on January 22, 2024, hosted by the Housekeeping Department in an Oscars-themed spectacle.
Together, we celebrated each department's small and big wins, enjoyed fun activities, extended a warm welcome to our new heartists, wished the best for the birthday celebrators, and lauded our outstanding Heartist Champions of the Quarter. Some lucky stars even won the raffle draw!
It was indeed an award-worthy quarter.

We are proud to announce that our very own Wellness Instructor, Ernie Nogoy of the Spa & Wellness team facilitated our March wellness session!
Our Heartist crushed the highintensity intervals workout, pushing their limits and feeling the burn.
We celebrated the Chinese New Year with our angpao, fortune cookies, and horoscopes giveaway. These share the promise of good fortune and the richness of blessings as we usher in the 2024 Year of the Dragon.

Nothing says 'I love you' quite like a delightful treat, so to add an extra sweetness to our Heartists Valentine's Day, we gave away Heartist Heart Treats, customized by our own pastry team. Our Heartists also explored unique gifts for their loved ones at the Valentine's Day Bazaar. And if that's not enough love, we've cranked up the romance with our Love Lens Photo Competition, wherein our heartists creatively show us their own perspective of love, check out the winners who won our hearts (and prizes too!).

Our Heartist participated in a training session on the Safe Spaces Act, the session was informative and provided us with valuable insights on creating safe and inclusive spaces in our workplace. We are committed to implementing the learnings from the training to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all our employees.
On January 17, 2024, students from Mabalacat City College undertook the responsibility of welcoming and hosting representatives from the France Embassy.
To help, support, and properly equip them in this important task, our very own F&B Team immersed them in an Advanced Food and Beverage Service Training, day before the arrival of their guests.
With the aim of impressing their visitors, the students were not only trained in professional service, but
were also supplied with plates and cutleries to complement their pursuit of showcasing Kapampangan dishes.
This activity presents a unique learning opportunity that empowers the future of the hospitality industry. This will surely set the tone for the upcoming initiatives in the year ahead.
Our dedicated #Heartists wholeheartedly supported Hann Foundation Inc.'s initiative to supply students of Malasa Integrated School and Dapdap Resettlement Elementary School in Bamban, Tarlac with school materials.
The School Supplies Project is a key initiative within HFI's Education Pillar. It aims to counter the concerning rates of school dropouts attributed to a lack of access to school supplies. Moreover, HFI and DepEd Tarlac are collaborating to launch the Drink Water Campaign. This aims to promote and encourage healthy hydration habits among students by giving them water containers and educational resources on the importance of staying hydrated.
1,425 beneficiaries of all ages were covered by these initiatives, including students enrolled in the Alternative Learning System (ALS).
ALS provides support to ensure that more out-of-school children, youth and adults (OSCYA) have access to quality basic education and will be ready for higher education or work. Our very own Cluster Director of Talent & Culture, Ms. Janet Gonzaga-Onagan had the opportunity to inspire these students to continue their pursuit of knowledge as they are just a step closer in holding their diploma.
