Site Analysis

Cinco Casas. A municipality in the province of Ciudad Real. A village in a rural area where there is a perfect plain for cultivation. In this case, it is decided to plant an olive grove, on the basis of which an urban structure will be developed, with the aim of creating an olive oil factory, in order to improve the economy of the area. The project includes both industrial and office areas, but also spaces on a second level to house the workers, thus increasing the number of inhabitants of the town and its economy. All these spaces are developed around a circulation of channels, in order to make the best use of them, thus becoming a self-sufficient building.
