In order to ensure safety and enjoyment of all youngsters the department for Education Sport & Culture reserves the right to refuse applications or withdraw youngsters from activities. Parents/guardians will be informed should the situation arise by the Community Sports Development Officer or a member of the department. Please note that cancelations and requests for refunds must be made in writing to the Community and School Sports Department at least one week before the course start date.
