At Coastal Shore Vacations, your home is our home and that is the way it is cared for. With our knowledgeable and skilled maintenance team, we have professionals that are on-hand and ready to serve. Whether it’s planned preventative maintenance, or an urgent situation that requires immediate attention, we have the resources needed. Coastal Shore Vacations also takes much pride in being one of the only companies on the Eastern Shore that is trained and consistently meets the requirements to remain a ‘Safety Certified’ Property Management company. AL SHORE VACATIONS? Simplified Guest Pricing

The guess work and “nickel & diming” has been taken out of our pricing strategy. Guests don’t want to see multiple add-on charges; this is why we have an “all inclusive” rate policy that is much more attractive. And we’ll never charge additional credit card fees.

We’ve implemented a Professional Revenue Management service which allows automatic (if desired) dynamic pricing adjustment based on demand, vacancy rates, length of stay, advanced bookings, etc. This allows in-the-moment expert-based pricing strategies to capture more bookings in a very competitive market.

Exclusive Owner’s Por tal

Transparency is key. This is why we’ve invested in our Owner’s Portal service; a personalized site that allows you a 24/7 log in to endless information regarding your home. The Portal is where you’ll find real-time reservations with current income figures, monthly accounting statements, pending action items and work orders, owner newsletters and more.

I really appreciate Coastal Shore Vacations. The office staff are easy to reach with questions, clear about rates + timing of payments, and ready to help. The Shady Side house fit our family really well. It was clean and the kitchen well stocked. We will definitely be back next year! -The Robinsons Blue Pointe Bayside is our favorite house of all times (and we have been to many). This was probably our 5th or 6th time there.

The house is well-appointed, nice decor, comfortable beds and furniture, and the kitchen is equipped beyond everything you could possibly need. Coastal Shore Vacations is a great property management company. They communicate with the customer just the right amount (reminders, check in occasionally). They always make you feel like they are there for you.
