Choosing to softwash your wood surfaces instead of power washing is usually based on a few key advantages:
1
2.
Minimize Damage: High pressure can be too harsh for wood surfaces, potentially causing damage such as splintering, gouging, or loosening of the wood fibers.
Preserve Finish and Coatings: Wood surfaces often have finishes or coatings that can be stripped away or damaged by high pressure softwashing is designed to clean without harming these protective layers.
4.
Effective Removal of Organic Growth: SoftWashing uses specialized cleaning solutions to tackle algae, mold, mildew, and other organic growths. This type of growth is a living organism that needs to be killed at its root Our solutions are bleach-based alternatives that are 99 8% effective at killing these bacteria.
Avoid Water Intrusion: High pressure can force moisture into wood, leading to potential long-term issues like rot or warping
SoftWashing is a better option for cleaning wood surfaces and can ensure thorough cleaning while protecting the material from potential damage caused by high pressure

Prepare your burger bun by laying toppings on the bottom bun
Position your Baking Steel or Baking Steel Griddle on the stovetop or grill. Preheat on high heat for 10-15 minutes, looking for a surface temperature of 400-425 degrees F. To test the surface, sprinkle a few drops of water on top of the surface; they should “dance” rapidly across the hot surface, evaporating in moments
3.
Place the balls of beef on the griddle and use a stiff metal spatula to smash them down into the griddle, using a second spatula to add targeted pressure Smashed patties should be slightly wider than the burger bun
4.
Season generously with salt and pepper and allow to cook until well browned and the top is beginning to turn pale pink/gray in spots, about 45 seconds. Using a bench scraper or the back side of a metal spatula, carefully scrape the burger patties from the surface, making sure to get all the tasty browned bits
5.
Flip patties and immediately place a slice of cheese over one patty and stack the second directly on top. Immediately remove from griddle and transfer to waiting burger and bun Serve immediately
