Precast limestone is a common building material used on residential and commercial exteriors in Texas It is a man-made mixture of Portland cement and aggregates of limestone that is pressed into a mold to give it the desired shape
Due to the delicate makeup of this material, you mustn't use an abrasive technique when cleaning precast limestone Excessive pressure can cause eroding and deterioration of the surface.
We use a gentle cleaning solution that will break down the growth, pollutants, and infestations. In replacement of the excessive pressure used in power washing, we let our soaps do the work and wash away the cleaning solutions with low pressure. The water pressure used is no greater than the pressure used in your typical water hose!
Step 1: Cover outlets, exterior lighting, cameras, etc. Cover plants in direct line of runoff
Step 2: Pre-water all landscaping to fill the needs of the plants and prevent them from soaking up our solutions
Step 3: Apply our soaps and wait 15-20 minutes
We let the soaps do the hard work to break down dirt and kill the algae
Step 4: Rinse off the soaps and the broken down dirt and algae with low-pressure water. Evaluate the surface.
Step 5: Repeat steps 2-4 until the desired clean is met. Precast limestone is a tricky surface that is timeconsuming to clean and requires multiple treatments

As the temperatures slowly drop in East Texas, it might be time to start considering the different things you should be doing to prepare your home exterior for the colder months ahead It’s important to be proactive in your approach as right now is the perfect weather to complete these tasks Ridding your entertainment areas, roofs, walkways, and/or driveways of any buildup or growth can help limit what builds up throughout the cold months. If you were to leave the bacterial growth, dirt, and leftover buildup from the warmer months, it could end up causing some liabilities as the weather gets colder Not only does the growth thrive in the wetter months, but it can also cause some slippery surfaces. Cleaning your surfaces now while it's still warm will keep things in good shape as the weather starts turning colder!

Bring a large pot of salted water to a bare simmer Working in batches, drop in ravioli and cook until they float and turn slightly translucent, 2 to 3 minutes (it helps to take one out and test to see if they’re al dente).
