The basement of this structure features both car parking

Prior to the application of Structureseal, RIW Cementseal

and plant areas and was designed to provide a Grade 2

Through being involved early on in The Hallmark project, RIW was able to provide the technical support needed throughout the design process and installation. This enabled tailored specification to suit the split level dynamics of this luxury apartment development structure.
