A Magical Winter is Upon Us

As winter approaches, we get ready for a dip in temperature and a sparkle in the crisp air. We look forward to that first glisten of snow as it falls gently and touches down on the pavement, creating that silence that only winter can speak. It means that a new season is here again, the perfect atmosphere to celebrate Hanukkah and rejoice and spend time with friends and family.

There’s so much new at PAS this winter. Look for new programs, lectures, and classes for everyone no matter your age. Learning is something that continues throughout our lives. Step into all the offerings and we’ll see you at PAS this winter.

Gathering. Food. Family. Rest. Learning. Prayer. Community. This winter we are spotlighting the Jewish holiday that comes around every 7th day, 52 weeks a year since Creation...Shabbat!

It is designed for everyone in our community to participate, whether you’ve never celebrated Shabbat or have a regular practice. Learn new skills, get resources, be inspired, and find exciting new ways to celebrate Shabbat at home and at PAS.

Check out the Shabbat Across PAS web page and our weekly emails for great resources including fun new videos from the clergy and fellow community members. Also, keep an eye on your mailbox for a special Shabbat at-home companion!
