Welcome to the Spring 2023 edition of the Pasturetec Catalogue.

In February 2023 Pasturetec celebrated their 2nd Birthday. The past two years have flown by and much has changed within our business in that time, supported by a great team of knowledgeable staff, fantastic customers and the support of our suppliers.

In December 2022 we opened our Country Store, Agri Tech and Grazing Hub in Pentregalar, Crymych, Pembrokeshire. This will become our centre for excellence in grazing and is also stocked with a large range of Grazing Management kit, including electric fencing from Gallagher, Rutland and Strainrite, Plate Meters, The latest Grasshopper Plate Meter and Grassland Tools land management software. We also have a livestock weighing display and demonstration unit, including EID readers, plus Dairy Hygiene products, Farm Sundries and Fencing Tools. The store has a wide range of clothing to keep you warm and dry on farm, or whilst working outdoors, including brands such as Betacraft, Hoggs of Fife, Ridgeline and Stoney Creek. The Footwear range includes the Dunlop, Hoggs of Fife, Redback and Skellerup brands, with more to come in 2023.

Our Main site moved from Burton On Trent in February 2023 to a new purpose built site at Bettys Farm, Willington, Derbyshire. With

a warehouse, large yard and storage we offer a wide range in addition to the above at Crymych including Crystalyx, Gates, Timber & Fencing, Livestock Wormers and Animal Health products from our registered animal medicine advisors, a full offering of Livestock Ear Tags, with Replacement Cattle Tags printed in store whilst you wait. We also have a feed offering for beef, sheep, dairy and youngstock as well as poultry, pigs, alpaca’s and coming soon will be a focussed range of pet food.

Our focus is grass based livestock farms and we have some exciting product launches in 2023 from our ongoing global product search, which aims to bring you the most innovative products from key partners including the Grasshopper Plate Meter and Grassland Tools land management software from True North Technology and some exciting electric fencing and other agri tech products.

The i Series system – the fence that talks to you

The energisers in the i series range are not only amazingly powerful devices (up to 100km) but they are also smart. A unique aspect of i-series energisers is the external display – which shows all of your fence information e.g., voltage, faults and fault location. The energiser can also be operated and turned on/off from the external display, and you get immediate notification of power loss e.g if a branch has fallen onto the fence or a wire has been cut. You can switch off the fencing on site with the remote control (optional) and repair the fault quickly, you then use the optional remote control to switch the fencing on again.
