Coaching uses some consulting and therapy based skills including: mapping out the process, needs assessments and counselling questioning techniques in the coaching relationship to arrive at its benefits for clients. Sometimes coaching includes informational or training sessions to help clients understand what they are about to do and more importantly, why. Research has found that sharing information increasingly leads to transformation when clients are seeking change.

Unlimited Emails (More access) (Cheryl replies Monday to Friday 9am-4pm) materials are included and are IAC approved.

*NB: Coaching will be delivered, online, socially distanced in-person and via telephone as is appropriate to the session.
A coaching session begins with a 45-minute coaching conversation and ends 6- 13 days later when the client has completed his or her coaching assignments. Coaching is primarily a co- creative relationship where the client has chosen to be accountable to the coach for his or her outcomes and change process. The Coach provides tools, training (sometimes), guidance and support while holding the client accountable.
