Transforming an Existing Conference Room into a Functional Office Workspace.
tourist attractions and convenient transportation options.With the travel style that tourists seek, looking for new experiences, new activities related to the local culture, and, of course, good local food, they roam around until the sun goes down. For them, a hotel is just a place to rest. This leads me to the conclusion that I am going to work on a hostel program that fits with the site context and user needs
Issue
CASTOWN aims to manage waste from the coffee production process, specifically cascara.
Their direction is to transform cascara into an enjoyable drink, thereby reducing waste and creating a valuable product
I see the opportunity to apply the same idea to crop and fruit products from local farmers, which will increase their value and profitability.
Through our hostel, we provide a place to advertise a seasonal fruity soda made from local fruit, attracting those interested to the actual place, in the style of agritourism
We designed the program to include two large spaces: living space and activity space. The living space includes dormitory rooms and a common area for socializing. The activity space is dedicated to our CASPOP workshop, where guests can learn how to make seasonal soda themselves.
