New Opportunities! Are you a change- maker? Check this! Disney Friends for Change Grants offer young change-makers an opportunity to receive a grant to help make a lasting, positive change in the world. This program will award $1,000 grants to youth-led service projects that demonstrate youth leadership, creativity, and the commitment to making a positive impact on the environment.
