CAMPTRAC CLOUD LICENSES In CampTrac, select the licenses you need. License fees include access to the system features you have selected, system updates, data backup, and support via email, phone and remote tools (we will connect to your computer and assist you) during regular office hours. CampTrac licenses are designed for so-called simultaneous users. This means that when a user is logged on to a Unit (PC / Reader / Phone), the license is taken. If the campsite wishes to use two units simultaneously (eg two computers at the reception), the campsite needs two licenses. CAMPTRAC HOTEL LOCKS The CampTrac hotel lock is a battery powered, RFID cabin and hotel lock for indoor and outdoor use. The lock has a stylish Scandinavian design and works in al kinds of weather. A CampTrac card is used to unlock the lock. The locks are made of stainless steel and come with a physical key as a backup. The lock has a manual lock that can be used from the inside. TERMS AND CONDITIONS When you order products and services from PartnerSec, you automatically accept these terms. For last updated sales terms, see www.camptrac.com. Delivery terms Fritt PartnerSec lager, Täby. Payment terms 20 days net after completion of credit rating or as per agreement. After maturity, interest on late payment is charged with reference rate plus 12%. All prices are quoted in Euro (€) and per piece unless otherwise stated. VAT and shipping are added. Returns & claims After approval from PartnerSec, the customer will receive a case number and further instructions for return of goods. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Never return products without a case number. Return code without case number will not be handled will be returned to the customer. Once PartnerSec has received your returned goods, it will be tested. Thereafter, the customer is notified of the result. Defective goods with current warranty are replaced by a new, similar, or equivalent product. Functionally tested goods that are not found to be defect are returned to the customer. Charging takes place for shipping costs and time for troubleshooting. Non-defective goods must be returned in unmarked original packaging incl. all original accessories. The package should be intact and all original accessories must be included. Handling fee for return is deducted from any credit invoice.
Liability & Warranty PartnerSec’s liability against customers refers to material and fabrication errors in the products. PartnerSec addresses all errors due to material or manufacturing defects through exchange. Warranty for RFID products and 3 months for accessories 12 months for hardware. PartnerSec shall in no case be liable for costs, losses, loss of income or other so-called indirect damages that may be caused by system failures, absence of cloud service and delayed, incorrect or non-delivery of the products. Reservation The information in this catalogue is subject to any changes regarding product facts, modifications, etc. The images in this catalogue have been adapted to suit this media and appearance may differ from the actual product. In order for given warranties and service / maintenance agreements to apply, the customer must have purchased all of the products and accessories of these by PartnerSec AB. This is because there are products in the market that do not hold the quality required to keep the product in promised condition and can therefore affect the product’s functionality. Warranty applies to materials and fabrication errors. Warranty does not cover wear damage, use of products best suited to date, or damage to the product when used otherwise than intended. We reserve ourselves for errors and changes regarding pricing and product specifications.
This fee amounts to 25% of the product price, but at least €15.00. No return is valid for personalized / customized products.

Rental terms The term of CampTrac Cloud is 12 months. The contract period is automatically extended by 12 months if the agreement is not terminated 3 months before the end of the contract period. Rental of CampTrac Cloud program services is billed annually in advance.
