PDCI NEXT GENERATION SUMMIT O

n October 12-17, Juliana Hoxha, PA Director, and Director of Programs Ariola Agolli and Klotilda Tavani attended the PDCI Next Generation Summit in Washington DC, with the participation of 19 network centers from Europe, Middle East, the Americas, and Africa. The summit aimed at building a sense of networking among the centers, to foster relationship and collaboration, to exchange and

learn from each-others experiences, to explore opportunities of working together in joint initiatives, and to inspire the next generation to continue this partnership to build the democracy in the world. An important activity of the Summit was the PDCI reception “Where Democracy and Peace meet” organized at the USIP building, where PDCI members had the opportunity to present

and market their work to a broad audience of potential supporters and clients from the DC community. On October 16, PDCI organized a public conference at the John Hopkins School of Advanced International Service on “Corporate Strategic Responsibility; What’s Next for CSR? Investing in Good Governance for Good Business”.
