The central concept guiding the development of the design revolves around creating a centralized space with the built mass concentrated around it. This central space serves as a flexible area accommodating various functions within the built masses. The design prioritizes natural light and ventilation, achieved through strategically positioned openings and skylights that optimize sunlight exposure and encourage air circulation throughout the building.

04

Communal Space for common festivals

The deliberate arrangement of massing along the perimeter not only establishes a harmonious equilibrium within the vicinity but also nurtures a communal environment. By unveiling expansive spaces at the core, the design prompts residents to unite, communicate, and participate in communal activities. This purposeful configuration stimulates social bonds, enriches the living experience, and fosters a lively and inclusive ambiance conducive to collective prosperity.

Understanding the ratio between open, semiopen and closed spaces

By closely studying the interaction of mass, open spaces, and pathways, we can uncover valuable insights into design principles. The dynamic interplay of these elements significantly impacts our perception of space, affecting how we move through and engage with it. Exploring this concept further exposes the intricate connection between form and function, underscoring the crucial contribution each element makes in crafting a smooth and captivating user experience.

Paved pathways for bicycles pedestrian for people and emergency exits

Within this intricate network of pathways, an enchanting pattern emerges, inviting the infusion of substance into its spaces. Resembling a puzzle awaiting unraveling, these pathways guide us toward a seamless fusion of form and functionality. Navigating this captivating design underscores the beauty of aligning structure with purpose, resulting in a space that is not only visually appealing but also exceptionally practical.
