They work with family owned oyster farms which share the Red Oyster ethos, and together they bring the best, freshest oysters straight to your hands. Red Oyster USA has been providing a truly unique and luxurious oyster catering service known as Oystertainment. We began oystertaining 20 years ago in Europe, with offices in the Netherlands, Belgium, and Italy. Their European customers loved our personal, fun, and fascinating oyster service, so they decided to expand their Oystertainment service to the USA as well. “When I moved 3 years ago to the US, I started to build Red Oyster USA, based out of New York. Since then we have done many parties in the Tri-State area, The Hamptons, Philadelphia, Boston, and off course in Mountain Lakes. And hopefully many more to come,� said Matijn.
