Swim Safe: Expert Tips for Safety Measures

1 Learn CPR: Knowing CPR can save lives in the event of an emergency. Consider taking a CPR course to learn how to respond effectively to pool-related accidents

Supervision: Always supervise children when they're in or around the pool, even if they know how to swim. Designate a responsible adult as a "water watcher" to keep an eye on swimmers at all times.

2. Install Barriers: Install a fence or barrier around the pool area with a self-closing, self-latching gate to prevent unsupervised access, especially for young children.

3 Swimming Lessons: Enroll children and adults in swimming lessons to ensure they have the skills necessary to swim safely. However, remember that swimming lessons do not make a child "drown-proof "
