Featuring 13 flexible meeting rooms, with easy access to the area’s main retail, entertainment and business precinct, PARKROYAL Parramatta is one of the largest conference and venue providers in Western Sydney.

DRIVING

Easy access from the M4 Motorway brings you to James Ruse Drive and is only a further 9 minutes to the hotel.

FERRY

Located a 7 minute walk from PARKROYAL Parramatta, the trip to Circular Quay is less than an hour away.

TRAIN

Only a 10 minute walk from the hotel, Parramatta’s Blue Mountains train line is an express to the city, arriving at Central Station in 25 minutes.

From Sydney Airport, catch a train to Central Station from the Airport line and then transfer to Parramatta Station.

PARKROYAL Parramatta offers 1.246 square metres of function space and a selection of 13 meeting rooms over two floors.

Governor’s Ballroom

GOVERNOR’S BALLROOM

Situated next to the hotel lobby, the Governor’s Ballroom offers up to 401m2 of versatile event space with 5.2m high ceilings. With the option to split the room into 3 event spaces (Macquarie Room, Phillip Room and Hunter Room).

The Governor’s Ballroom is perfect for large conferences, exhibitions and gala diners accommodating 230 people in banquet style or 500 in theatre style.

GIDLEY KING ROOM

The Gidley King Room is a pillarless room featuring floor to ceiling windows with natural light. With the option to split into 2 separate rooms (Gidley Room and King Room). This room has a large pre-function space and is perfect for medium size conferences or special event dinners.

MARSDEN ROOM

The Marsden Room is a contemporary event space that provides exclusivity for any event of up to 150 guests.

CHAPMAN ROOM

The Chapman Room is located on the first floor of the hotel and is fitted with state-of-the-art facilities with room to cater for up to 120 guests.

MACARTHUR ROOMS

The Macarthur Rooms offers up to 173m2 of versatile event space which can be split to accommodate 3 separate event spaces (Bligh Room, Macarthur Room and Ruse Room). Featuring floor to ceiling windows with natural light. this room is perfectly suited for small meetings, intimate dinners or a breakout space for large conferences.

ELIZABETH ROOM

The Elizabeth Room is located on the ground floor of the hotel featuring floor to ceiling windows with natural light. It suits small meetings, intimate dinners and is perfect for a breakout space directly opposite the Governor’s Ballroom.

ROSE ROOM

The Rose Room complete with natural light is perfect for small board meetings or workshops and works well as a breakout space for large conferences.

EXECUTIVE BOARDROOM

Located on the ground floor with state-of-the-art meeting facilities and natural light, this room is ideal for exclusive corporate boardroom-style meetings.

The Hotel amenities suit our requirements with regards to accomodation, conferencing and hosting onsite evening events. Having a large amount of conferencing rooms available to choose from is a great advantage. No matter how many attendees, there’s always a suitable room/solution.
