We are officially past the first quarter and the market is starting the get hot! The inventory has increased slightly since the beginning of the year and we have seen 114 single family sales up until now in our city.
Average Days On Market
Homes in 2023, are taking significantly longer to sell as opposed to last year. So far of the 114 resales we have seen an average of 60 days on the market. That is nearly triple of what it was just two years ago. How long will this last?
Median Sales Price
With inventory remaining historically low we can expect to see values of home to keep it up. There are still many communities with homes selling for record prices and with buyer demand gearing up for the summer we may continue to see that trend follow.
