introduction The Parent Navigator exposes a digital, Trojan framework in a secretive, expansive network that initially began in the health education region of schools that deliver controversial, non-academic lessons. Americans can no longer afford to be just "consumers" of educational services; we must routinely advocate for the protection of our children and future generations in this "post-trust" educational climate. It is crucial that we lift the upper lip of this unknown "Trojan horse" that is affecting the American School System in order to thoroughly examine the attitudes, values, behaviors and beliefs that are being taught (or imposed) on our students. Is this educational experiment still safe? Parents, we are about to equip you with knowledge and tools to help you determine your own level of confidence in your child's school.


REALLY? "Every collectivist revolution rides in on a Trojan horse of "emergency". It was the tactic of Lenin, Hitler, and Mussolini. In the collectivist sweep over a dozen minor countries of Europe, it was the cry of men striving to get on horseback. And "emergency" became the justification of the subsequent steps. This technique of creating emergency is the greatest achievement that demagoguery attains." -Herbert Hoover Today, mental health is the "emergency" of the demagoguery. The REAL emergency is for parents to understand the dangers of the Social and Emotional Learning framework. 7


Today's Classroom: Is this teaching or facilitating? The American public once trusted that schools were actually hiring teachers; not facilitators, tech companies or social workers to educate their children. Today, quite possibly, your student is in front of various video resources, being taught by someone that your school board most likely has never vetted. Online publishers create vast, video libraries (live and fluid) that are used in all schools today. They are unsecured and impossible to fully evaluate or to safeguard. The current belief of many educational experts is that these videos of social and emotional competencies are "foundational" to learn academic lessons. They believe that we simply cannot do without these "therapeutic" tools which begs the question: is therapeutic education what parents desire? Do parents want the school to access their child's health records or to conduct mental health assessments, or to provide spiritual formation classes? Interventions are no longer limited to academic shortcomings, now they are customized and focused on mental health therapies and arguably, indoctrinatating theories...again, without parental consent. Systems are in place including Comprehensive School-Based Healthcare Clinics with onsite doctors, designed by the CDC (Centers for Disease Control), promoting "Whole Child" concepts depicting "whole" access as a benefit, especially mental health. What opportunities might this present for your child to take or to be taken to the nearest exit from your realm of influence? Sadly, many American students experience these exits, leaving their parents painfully stunned in disbelief, as you'll understand with Sage's law on page 75. These accounts are truly astonishing. Parents - our desire is that this information will empower you with tools to use that go far beyond a three minute rant at a school board meeting with little to no dialogue when you desperately need a response and understanding. We will teach you how to gain access to your school's materials based in facts, laws and truth so you may draw your own conclusions regarding safety. Who knows, you may even find that there is not enough time for any working parent to safeguard their child from what is now in motion. Parents you are in the driver seat, but there is no "set it and forget it" cruise control option for education. Engage!

Imagine a plan engineered with copious amounts of money, global influence and strategic implementation concepts where all schools would adhere to ONE framework that is capable of delivering Trojan concepts to students across the nation in the name of mental health. Now think of how such a contrivance could be used against its own country for a "reImagined, reInvented or reVisioned" education and future, a concept that has even been taught to many of our local level Georgia School Board members. Here we introduce CASEL, the Collaborative for Academic, Social and Emotional Learning; an organization that is the unknown and uninvited guest in your child's world that sees all things through the lense of equity. It uses non-academic, digital resources to mold your children into global citizens by changing their attitudes, values, behaviors and beliefs. Their logo tells the story well: a globe of puzzle pieces, claiming to be the missing "piece" in education. Their plan that involves your "whole child" ranging from mental health services to spirituality; possibly operating under the color of authority, kindness and neutrality is here. Parents, it is of great importance that you evaluate all of the nuances, concepts and platforms that we reveal to determine what is best for your family. FOUNDATIONAL FRAMEWORK: (formerly on their website) "CASEL (Collaborative for Academic, Social and Emotional Learning) emerged from a meeting in 1994 hosted by the Fetzer Institute. Meeting attendees included researchers, educators, and child advocates involved in various education-based efforts to promote positive development in children. These SEL pioneers came together to address a concern about ineffective school programming and a lack of coordination among programs at the school level. "Schools were being inundated with a slew of positive youth development programs such as drug prevention, violence prevention, sex education, civic education, and moral education, to name a few. SEL

THERAPEUTIC EDUCATION SEL harvests extremely personal responses from students and houses them in data collection systems that may even have global access. Secular concepts prevail, impressed on the hearts and minds of children, with no regard for a parent's consent or personal worldview. With SEL, the fundamental right for parents to raise their children according to their own beliefs is overwritten with varied theories to captivate the mind of the student, possibly to challenge family bonds, historical origins, traditional values and even immutable truths, all in the name of mental health for the "collective" good and a "new future". Many educators, convinced that SEL is the answer to social issues, will prescribe individual "interventions" for your child even though they may not be licensed nor qualified in mental health practices. The design for SEL often begins subtly and then takes root like invasive kudzu, extending throughout society, gathering data. In many cases, "lived experiences" replace historical facts and solid truth. One may even describe SEL as a state religion, as you will see in the following pages. Several well meaning administrators fall for the SEL trap, willing to "sign on the line" because this framework comes with a great deal of government funding and it sounds like something that students cannot live without. Communities need to become well versed in what is taking place in order to pull this proverbial kudzu up at the roots by using local control laws.

Has SEL been known for as long as they say? When you ask a school official what SEL is, most of them will not be able to give you an answer. If you ask them about CASEL, most have never even heard of it! This framework has not been in place other than in the dreams of the people that have their eyes on a new global world government and LOTS of money. The tagline for CASEL is

15 HARMFUL ELEMENTS OF SEL (Social and Emotional Learning) EXPLAINED 1. ALL 15 HARMFUL ELEMENTS OF CSE [1] (COMPREHENSIVE SEX EDUCATION, see page 92) MAY BE PRESENT IN VARIOUS SEL PROGRAMS. WE STRONGLY EMPHASIZE NUMBER 14: SEL UNDERMINES PARENTAL RIGHTS - This program is designed by CASEL[2] and similar organizations and is authorized by governing authorities to indoctrinate students and to collect the most personal data of students and their families. SEL is designed to become the “parenting voice” to encompass the “whole child” in the so-called “missing piece” of education and is promoted with dire importance as stated by their former president: “Social and emotional learning (SEL) is an integral part of education and human development. SEL is the process through which all young people and adults acquire and apply the knowledge, skills and attitudes to develop healthy identities, manage emotions and achieve personal and collective goals, feel and show empathy for others, establish and maintain supportive relationships, and make responsible and caring decisions.” Karen Niemi, Former President, CASEL.[3] By design, this “framework” is in the process of being woven throughout every subject, evolving like proverbial kudzu. (See page 20.) 2. PROMOTES DATA COLLECTION –See Project Unicorn[4], Common Educational Data Standards [5]Government longitudinal data bases are collecting data on students to follow them for life to measure outcomes for the working classes of society and the “collective good.” Parents have not consented to this data collection and many responses are private information best suited between a counselor and a patient. Phone apps among others are also used for students to provide data[6]. (See pages 119-123.) 3. IMPERSONATES MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES – Many SEL programs are designed to shape the child’s developing brain to accept particular worldviews regarding sexuality, racial attitudes, and other social issues under the guise of providing a mental health benefit. 4. PROMOTES PSYCHOLOGICAL EVALUATIONS BY UNQUALIFIED TEACHERS – “Interventions” may be “prescribed” by a teacher with limited training that may adversely impact a student’s mind and permanent data file. The numbers of trained counselors are limited in most schools, so most SEL interventions likely will be administered by untrained or poorly trained personnel.[7]. 5. INVOLVES PROBLEMATIC PRIVACY POLICIES may disclose student data that could be used against parents in regard to the personal choices they make for their children. If situations are detected regarding gender, sexual orientation or other “sexual rights” violations, this could become a window for family disruption or separation. 6. SEL IS A BELIEF SYSTEM OR WORLDVIEW WITH OCCULT ORIGINS - originally hosted at the Fetzer[1] Institute, where “New Age” religion was most successfully promoted in America. According to the Fetzer Library[2], Mr. Fetzer is also linked to Alice Bailey, an occultist[3] and she founded the Lucifer Publishing Company (now known as the Lucis Publishing Company) and is also affiliated with the Lucis Trust[4]. David J. Sluyter, Senior Advisor, Fetzer Institute[5], is also listed as one of the founders of CASEL. 7. SPIRITUALLY, MENTALLY AND EMOTIONALLY ABUSIVE –Sacred family beliefs may be classified as unkind or unacceptable instead of a matter of morality. SEL teachings force students to choose between two leaders in authority over them (their parents versus their teacher) with opposing directives. The child is then left to “flesh out” which path is the one that will bring him the most relief in order to survive. 8. REQUIRES THAT STUDENTS ACCEPT FALSE CONCEPTS – SOGI (Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity) These identities are not based in science and present false concepts as if they are based in factual truth. Some assignments force students to produce false confessions or coerced admissions regarding oppression and expressed acceptance of ideologies that may contradict sincerely held beliefs. 9. SYSTEMATICALLY UNDERMINES ESTABLISHED PROTOCOLS AND LAWS–according to CASEL: “Schools were being inundated with a slew of positive youth development programs such as drug prevention, violence prevention, sex education, civic education, and moral education, to name a few. SEL was introduced as a FRAMEWORK that addresses the needs of young people and helps to align and coordinate school programs and programming.”[6] By asserting this non-academic, incognito “framework”, they are able to circumvent parental rights protections such as Health Advisory Committees, parent reviews, opt-out forms, etc. in nearly all curriculum, making open record requests overly expansive as well. 10. PREVENTS MEANINGFUL REGULATION OR SURVEILANCE- Integrated into the publisher’s live website, updates and changes can occur at any time. When first purchased, lessons may seem helpful and desirable with little to no controversial elements; however, some investigations reveal a “bait and switch” tactic with controversial lesson updates, (woke ideology, CRT, etc.). Due to the size of these video libraries, it is impossible to pre-approve or monitor lessons, especially in live form. observed in schools that fully embrace SEL. CASEL promotes itself as the “lever for equity and social justice.”[1] With this in mind, it would not be difficult to transition any of these software programs into an infrastructure for a totalitarian reset. 12. SCHOOLS ARE HEAVILY FUNDED WITH TARGETED GRANTS –Learning loss is identified as a primary need[2] for SEL with abundant[3] funding[4]. This point alone requires constant investigation and becomes very detailed. 13. WAS FOUNDED & FINANCED BY GLOBALISTS – CASEL’s website reveals its corporate and foundational connections. Corporate Partners: Allstate Foundation, Chan-Zuckerberg Initiative, LG, Susan Crown Exchange. Foundation Partners: Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, New Profit, The NoVo Foundation (Warren Buffet family), Founders Eileen Rothschild Growald and more.[5] The goal of these organizations is global education and indoctrination. 14. PROMOTES ACTIVISM, ALLEGIANCE AND DIVISION- SEL is promoted as the “lever for equity and social justice”[6]. Critical Race Theory and Marxist lessons are taught regarding oppression, oppressors, “intersectionality”, race, gender, and religion in ways that promote illegal, sectarian concepts. Community organizing events and afterschool programs are routinely promoted. CASEL is committed to the morally bankrupt “woke doctrine” of radical progressives. Consider their SEL PLEDGE[7]: SEE PAGE 21 IN PARENT NAVIGATOR. 15. REQUIRES SPECIAL KNOWLEDGE TO EXPOSE SHIELDING STRATEGIES- BUT YOU CAN FIGHT BACK WITH THE INFORMATION BELOW: You will need digital access to review curriculum. This is accomplished with your own “student account” and you must insist that the administrators provide it to you, (if necessary, use an open record request). Administrators may say you need the publisher’s permission to review curriculum. Tell them digital curriculum is subject to review just like a book. Show them your state laws on parental rights of review. If a school uses the excuse of “FERPA” (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) to refuse access, insist you only want to see curriculum, not personal work completed by students. Copyright infringement is another tactic they may use to discourage access. Politely tell them you are just reviewing it and not selling it.

Between 1991 and 2017 the percentage of high schoolers that never engaged in sexual intercourse increased by 34%. In the past 29 years, the percent of high school females who are waiting for sex has increased 27%. In the past 29 years, the percent of high school males who are waiting for sex has increased 43%. The percent of black teens who have not had sex increased 212%, but the increase for black males was 319% between 1991 and 2019. This signifies the greatest improvement of any other group. Since 1991, teen birth rates have declined 73%. Eighty-nine percent of all teen births are to unmarried parents. The most recent data reports that about 29% of pregnancies among 15-19- year-olds end in abortion, down from 46% in 1986. Teen abortion rates are at their lowest point since abortion was legalized and have decreased by 89% since the peak rate in 1988.

Perhaps you have heard angry parents reading sexually inappropriate books to school boards in the news... In order to make libraries safe, it will take NEW LAWS, ETHICS COMPLAINTS and WELL DEFINED STRATEGIES to have library books evaluated and secured state by state. In Georgia, there is a complaint process for books in the policy section of each school's website, where processes vary by school district. Parents, access your child's library on their Chromebook to investigate the books you find and then report your concerns. We have special training sessions to help you learn how to navigate your schools. It is common now for our libraries to routinely accept books that most parents would deem inappropriate or partially obscene. Georgia and many other states have local control laws in regard to what is accepted for both curricula and library books, so engage and bring awareness to your principal and school board members.

When taken as a whole, lacking in serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value for minors.

Consider two words: Whole & Loophole When using the Miller Test, no matter if the most graphically descriptive sex scene in your child's book could turn a sailor's face fifty shades of red, it may have been allowed because it is only "partially" obscene and may possess one statement of literary value. This MANUFACTURED "loophole" regarding the "whole" obscenity approach is intentionally used to defend inappropriate content. Could this be designed to assault the senses of your child's mind, bringing curiosity and repeat visits to the library? In order to combat this infraction, consider using the words "sexually inappropriate" in place of obscene and employ the First Amendment rights of parents in an ethics complaint. Parents have the right to conduct the upbringing of their children as well as to guard their sincerely held religious beliefs regarding gender, sexuality and even race. In Georgia you can also state that the Georgia Parents Bill of Rights is also in violation for additional effect. This applies to any and all resources or curriculum in a public school, not just the library.

Whether you call sexually inappropriate materials obscene or pornographic, both terms represent unethical and sexually innappropriate content that is wrong to share or to showcase for kids in any K-12 school library, laptop or classroom. First Amendment law and the Georgia Parents Bill of Rights protects a parent's natural born right to fundamentally raise their children according to their sacred beliefs. Maintaining sexually explicit books for students to access presents A CLEAR violation of constitutional law as well as a violation of the Educator's Code of Ethics. If it violates the law, it violates ethics.


Let's Recap Georgia's SB226: 1. Libraries can still provide your kids with obscene books without penalty because the obscenity exception is still in the law. (See OCGA 16-12-103 and then read the exception in 104 ...which allows no criminal recourse.) 2. Effective January 1, 2023, only parents and permanent guardians are able to bring sexually inappropriate books to the principal for review. This law actually eliminated general taxpayers from appealing unless their local school board has allowed it in their local policy. This was intentional to discourage the "weaponization" of the bill against schools, according to legislators. 3. Your school principal is the sole decider on what is and is not sexually inappropriate w/in 7 days of the completed complaint. 4. ONLY those books that have been successfully appealed through the school board are posted on the school website for 12 months. 5. Even in spite of the guidance in the Georgia Health Education Standards of Excellence, stating FOUR TIMES that pornography is unhealthy, our libraries still supply it.

Is Your School Upholding the Laws & BOE Rules? Constitutional, Federal and State Laws State Board of Education Rules Local Control Law There are Constitutional, federal and state laws that are to be adhered to in regard to schools. Sexuality Education is non-academic, so in many states, students do NOT have to participate if their parents opt them out. Schools that protect students from applied ideologies, that respect parental rights and that prioritize academics are rare. Political surveys and/or interventions, especially without parental consent, erode public trust. Local control laws represent the parent's voice and should always be defended. Read the laws in your state regarding the following: Open Records & Parental Rights Laws Sexuality Education (Some states will specify abstinence or comprehensive sex education, although many leaders do not fully understand the difference.) The following classes are commonly mandated: HIV/AIDS prevention, Anti-bullying, teen dating violence and rape prevention, Erin's Law (sexual abuse). Transparency regarding curriculum and school protocols. Prominent website listing of ALL curriculum - most schools are out of compliance. Parent review board approvals for selection of materials prior to adoption or implementation are often circumvented in SEL framework classes. Advanced notice on website for curriculum changes, (many states require 30 days). Appeal processes for sexually inappropriate materials in libraries. State Board of Education Rules and Local Board of Education control are other areas that a parent should research. Some states forfeit their local control or "final approval" on what is taught in their schools. Those states that enjoy local control should never cede their ability to protect their students from politically motivated or sectarian concepts promoted in materials like SEL. This is why attendance in school board meetings is imperative. "We the people" hold the republic accountable. If we bow out of this sacred responsibility, a ruling class will develop and instill their beliefs on the lives of our children. We are self governed and we must become enlightened in regard to our rights to maintain our freedom. WEBSITE TRANSPARENCY: Be sure to check the website in your school district to see if they are forthcoming on ALL school curriculum, practices and RESOURCES. Many times, schools will tell you that they do not cover these issues in their curriculum, but will not reveal their additional resources. ASK YOUR DISTRICT ADMINISTRATION IF THERE ARE ANY RESOURCES USED THAT COLLECT DATA OR THAT DELIVER THE FOLLOWING: DEI - Diversity, Equity and Inclusion - also, does the school have a DEI Official? Onboarding School Board Members Do NOT elect another school board member that is asleep at the wheel of CASEL! If they know nothing about CASEL, they will NOT know how to protect our children!

Should schools acknowledge and announce identity transitions for teachers and students? If so, how do you believe these should be processed to protect the influential impact on the innocence of other students in order to prevent social contagion? What age is too young for this? Are you in favor of comprehensive sexuality education or do you support the sexual risk avoidance approach? Do you understand the difference between the two? Please explain. Many school boards and parents disagree about what kind of literature should be included in English class, in the school library, or in the school database. How do you define the term age-appropriate when it comes to literature and/or other curriculum content? For instance, do you think it is ageappropriate for a middle school student to have access to literature describing violent or explicit sexual acts? Will you uphold the laws and rules of full transparency in regard to all curricula? Holiness is a very serious part of the Christian faith. Will you respect the sacred nature of sex, gender and race for those that believe in God? Secular Humanism is prominent in America. How will you keep it from securing the dominant role in our schools?

Attend Board Meetings, provide public statements but realize that the board speaks primarily with one voice and will not address your concerns or give further thought to them. Meetings with your officials are your best avenue. If our systems are flooded with adverse material, the superintendent should expect meetings to counter these measures.

How this began...

Since 2017, I have been involved with schools as a certified Sexual Risk Avoidance Specialist educator in both Pennsylvania and Georgia. When I relocated to Georgia, my goal was simply to build teams of people that would teach abstinence classes throughout the Coastal Plains RESA (Regional Educational Support Agency) territory in South Georgia. As I approached individual schools, many times my concerns were not received; they were "managed" or completely ignored. One response was "We have our plan and we are following the data". I began to research because our children are worth far more than a mere "data" score. Sales training from past employment reminded me that the "art" of the sale begins with rejection. How could I gain access to the hearts of these administrators and not just become another person or organization to be "managed"? I had to gain their attention, but the only tool left was the law. Reluctantly, in October of 2020, with the help of some dear friends in the legal field, I filed my first open record request. I used a kind cover letter to assure the administration that my goal was to protect children and not to cause trouble. Through this method, I finally gained some traction. In other words, I had to politely force my way to the table of discussion, which was totally out of my comfort zone. I learned quickly that understanding educational law is key and there are several laws and state rules on which to stand. Once I gained factual information and evidence, I was prepared to engage in school board meetings, but even if my question resulted in a viral video, would it have changed anything? Would they just say, thank you and move on to the next person? There is NO dialogue in this approach, which is more than frustrating. I had to find another way. When my initial open record request was received by the first school district, (we cover 14) the assistant superintendent responded, "Mrs. Metzger, you really don't have to use these requests, we will supply anything you need! Just ask." I responded that I didn't find that to be the case and then I explained to him what had happened up to that point. When trying to share abstinence curriculum, the curriculum director was too busy to meet with me at our scheduled appointment time and he took our curriculum for review but never responded. When I finally called to retrieve my books, there was no expression shared about the curriculum other than a general "Thank you, but we are going to follow the data with sex education in our SEL program". The Assistant Superintendent replied, "Wow, we have some coaching to do." I agreed with him.

Further, to gain his attention, I had to apply legal pressure to obtain access to their online SEL (Social and Emotional Learning) programming. I pursued this because the curriculum director had disclosed that their sex education material was located within this system. By law in the state of Georgia, all sex education is open to review by local citizens, (Georgia Code Title 20 Education § 20-2-1017) and according to Georgia State Board of Education Code IDB, materials are supposed to be approved by a Health Advisory Committee that consists mainly of non-teaching parents and two students (which had not happened). From there, my tired eyes became wide open to the world of CASEL and its therapeutic education methods, unsecured curriculum, data collection, global influence, extreme amounts of government funding and more. They were also opened to the extent in which these publishers try to hide these materials from parents. I realized that our children and families are targeted for more than we could have ever imagined. Further, the web of deceit is profound throughout the American School System. Immutable, moral beliefs are overwritten with desacralizing concepts regarding race, gender and sexual orientation throughout. Interventions are designed to challenge children individually in the name of educating their hearts and minds. Spiritual concepts are in many areas and coming to Georgia rapidly. Nearly six years ago I began working in various public schools. From my experience, I no longer believe that American public schools are safe, especially for Christian students. ABSTINENCE EDUCATION - Sex Education that informs students about their personal timeline that they design by their choices. Preparation for sexuality is covered as a natural part of life that is consequential, and therefore is best reserved post graduation with the idea of building a family foundation through marriage. Abstinence educators do not teach students the mechanics of sex, nor do they coach students regarding consent. Their focus is to educate students to plan their education as a top priority, to delay sexual debut beyond their education and to encourage marriage. CASEL - Collaborative for Academic, Social and Emotional Learning, the gold standard for SEL. CRT - Critical Race Theory, (or Culturally Relative Teaching), one of the many Marxist tools that is used to divide and conquer a nation. Foundationally, the term should be "Critical Theory". We see a great deal of this in several divisive ideologies today: gender identity, gender, class, sexual orientation, political affiliation, etc. CSE - Comprehensive Sex Education, a more liberal context of sexuality education that involves information regarding gender identity, consensual sex, pleasure, and may cover abstinence, but not promote it. CSE - Collaborative for Spirituality in Education. Cultural Marxism - The corrosive concept where cultural elements such as racism, LGBTQ2SIA+ concepts along with others are taught and introduced to children in order to divide and weaken the family and the communities in which we live. FoSE - For the most current and fluid definitions in the woke culture, see the glossary in the National Sex Education Standards with SIECUS. They, along with FOSE (Future of Sex Education) have an extensive glossary on these terms that evolves regularly. (Warning: Mature Content) SEL Framework - refers to the the following non-academic classes that are offered in schools, aligned by CASEL, bringing them into alignment for maximum influence: anti-bullying, character education, culturally relevant teaching, dating violence, Erin's Law, HIV/AIDS Education, Sex Education, Social and Emotional Learning, Spiritual concepts, etc. Harmful to Minors - According to 47 USCS § 231 (6), [Title 47. Telegraphs, Telephones, and Radiotelegraphs; Chapter 5. Wire Or Radio Communication; Common Carriers; Common Carrier Regulation] the term material that is harmful to minors means “any communication, picture, image, graphic image file, article, recording, writing, or other matter of any kind that is obscene or that-(A) the average person, applying contemporary community standards, would find, taking the material as a whole and with respect to minors, is designed to appeal to, or is designed to pander to, the prurient interest; (B) depicts, describes, or represents, in a manner patently offensive with respect to minors, an actual or simulated sexual act or sexual contact, an actual or simulated normal or perverted sexual act, or a lewd exhibition of the genitals or post-pubescent female breast; and (C) taken as a whole, lacks serious literary, artistic, political, or scientific value for minors.” (Also known as the Miller Test.) Ideology - A set of doctrines or beliefs that are shared by the members of a social group or that form the basis of a political, economic, religious or other system.

This document brings standards based on medical accuracy and in favor of abstinence education, (page 103). Kinsey, Dr. Alfred - Serial pedophile and fraudulent scientist who wrote Sexuality in the Human Male and Sexuality in the Human Female. His theory is the foundation of the Comprehensive Sex Education pedagogy that children are sexual from birth. This "evidence based" information was perpetrated on innocent children by pedophiles, (page 99). LGBTQIA2S+ - Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer or Questioning, Intersex, Asexual, Two-Spirit plus more. This is a group that promotes ideologies within our country that are in direct opposition to traditional beliefs. In America, parents have the fundamental right to raise their own children according to their own beliefs. This is a world view, largely based in secular concepts. NOTE: Some children are labeled as "asexual" because they are not ready to have sex; a definition or classification that places them in the LGBTQ+ community. Your children need your leadership in this area. National Sex Education Standards - UNOFFICIAL document produced by SIECUS to introduce students to Comprehensive Sex Education theory (see page 103.) Obscene Materials - See Harmful to Minors; and see pages 139-149. Oppressor - one who oppresses, and in many cases, a term used to accuse and polarize. Opt In - provision for all parents of a school to approve all choices made for their child related to nonacademic materials taught to their children, providing the most solid protection. Opt Out - provision for parents to remove their child/children from classes that they do not want to influence their children. (Requires most parental engagement.) Pedagogy - the method and practice of teaching, especially as an academic subject or theoretical concept. SEL- Social and Emotional Learning, a Trojan framework that claims to align non-curricular health and relationship training topics. See CASEL. SIECUS - Sexuality Information Education Council of the United States, NOT an official government council. Producers of the UNOFFICIAL National Sex Education Standards that many schools use for Sex Education. SOGI - Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Ideology SRA - Sexual Risk Avoidance or abstinence education. SRAS - Sexual Risk Avoidance Specialist, one who teaches holistic abstinence education. SRR - Sexual Risk Reduction - Comprehensive Sex Educators follow this pedagogy. SRRS -Designation for Sexual Risk Reduction Specialist, one who teaches CSE (Comprehensive Sex Education) Whole Child- The Whole School, Whole Community, Whole Child (WSCC) model is the next evolution of the traditional coordinated school health approach. Developed by ASCD and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and launched in spring 2014, the model aims to better align the policies, processes, and practices of education, public health, and school health.
